While Shivaay was travelling to Ratnagiri cliff Anika first narrated about the enmity of Sultaan with Malhotra’s and Oberois
———-ANIKA ‘S NARRATION – FLASHBACK STARTS ———————-
48 years before (1968) Grandfather of ShivOmRu bought a large land in 60-40 partnership with grandfather of RSJM in one of the southern states of India ……..Little did they know then that the land had the largest mine of Uranium …not only largest mine of Uranium in India, that land had the largest Uranium deposits in the world ……..Uranium an important element in Nuclear power…..
Everything was going on fine for three years when the Atomic Research Centre of India did research and Excavations and found that 20% of Oberois owned land and 20 % of Malhotra’s owned land had the Uranium deposits …….
They contacted Oberois and Malhotra’s to surrender that 40% land and 10 % surrounding land to the Government as it was ought to be a national property…..
The Oberoi’s and Malhotra’s were ready to give the land happily ……Everything was going as decided..
When all the deals with the Government and Oberoi-malhotra’s got finalised and the land was to be surrendered…there occurred a war between India and our two neighbouring nations….and an emergency was declared and all the dealings were stopped……
Post the war many people from both the neighbouring countries entered our country as refugees …one among them was Sultaan’s father ‘’Taibu’’…….He resided near to that land which was owned by Oberois and Malhotra’s …..Taibu was a rebellion and was never in favour of our country……he had always thought of destroying our nation ….
After the emergency was called off Oberoi’s and Malhotra’s came to that portion of land to register it on the name of government…..Taibu got all the information about the dealing and about the land…
Now Oberois were left with 35% land and Malhotra’s with 15% land……..Taibu came to Mumbai and joined the Malhotra’s ………soon with his hardwork and efficiency he grew up to be the close aid of RSJM’s grandfather……
Taibu had only one motive, Get the surrounding land owned by oberoi’s and Malhotra’s and slowly make a way to carry off the Uranium from the mine illegally and help our neighbouring nation ……..
On a fine day he killed RSJM’s grandfather after making that land on his name……by then RSJM’s father was settled in Australia and grew up to be a good, big and successful businessman……
Learning about the death of RSJM’s grandfather because of that land …Shivaay’s grandfather Mr.Oberoi wrote the will that the eldest grandson of the Oberois and his wife will be the legal holder of that property and till then his son’s Tej and Shakthi Singh Oberoi will be the custodians…..he mentioned few clauses
1. If he had no grandson’s then the property will go to the Government of India……
2. Tej and Shakthi can put up any business on that land or give the land on lease with proper documents but cannot sell the land …..however the decision has to be mutual that is together by Tej and Shakthi………
With these clauses Shivaay’s grandfather registered the will………. However he never said why he wrote the will so…he was actually protecting his children from any unwanted situations…..
Taibu got to know about this will and he had his hands cut off to harm the Oberois……….so he made a plan to deal with Tej and Shakthi Oberoi by taking the land on lease…….but he had to wait as they both were to US for their education and business……..
Both Shivaay’s grandfather and Taibu died……..and then came the generation of Tej Oberoi, Shakthi Oberoi and Sultaan and Fauzi…………

Before Anika could continue further Om spoke …..
Om ‘’ohh that’s the reason why Ragini I mean Shenaay wanted to marry Shivaay?’’
Anika ‘’yess…that was the reason why she didn’t harm Shivaay despite getting enormous chances….and the wedding had to be legal too’’
Rudra ‘’thank God …everything settled….’’
Anika looked at Pinky and turned to Rudra and Smiled
Anika ‘’yes Rudra …now everything is settled by all means’’
Gauri ‘’bahujaii please tell us the truth about why you left OM ?’’
Sumo ‘’yes Bhabhi please’’
Anika smiled and again looked at Pinky and then turned towards Gauri and Saumya and started Narrating the incidents that occurred two years before.

Shivaay reached the same point where he and Sahil were saved by Jwala and where Anika’s old life ended ………..Shivaay sat down and opened the file to read, he flipped the pages till he reached to know the truth of Anika leaving the mansion …………
Shivaay opened the file to the date when Anika left OM as he kicked her out………the paper read as

Shivaay I am sure when this file reaches your hand this will be the first page you will try to read ….so before letting you know the truth let me tell you that I know all these because we have been keeping a close eye on OF and OM ….few of our men works as your staff and gives us all the information to us…..however we wouldn’t interfere in your personal matters knowing everything.. as it is not our concern…….so whatever I am writing you have to believe me…….at the end you may have a heart break or you might be angry…….. So it’s time to tell you what happened at your back that your life and Love has left you…….
Shivaay it all started when Mrs.Kamini tried to shoot you and Anika took the bullet …………..

And now the biggest truth of your life that Mrs.Pinky Oberoi, Anika, Om, Mrs.Jhanvi Oberoi , Rudra, Mr.Tej Oberoi and Mr.Shakhti Oberoi knew was THAT YOU ARE THE ILLEGITIMATE CHILD OF SHAKTI SINGH OBEROI & KAMINI and MAHI IS YOUR TWIN BROTHER……
While You were behind Anika’s family , Anika got the DNA tests of you and Mahi done and it matched…….Mahi also accepted the fact that he and you were twins and your both were the illegitimate children of Kamini and Shakti Singh Oberoi……
When Mrs.Pinky Oberoi blackmailed Anika that she will reveal this truth to you….. Anika feared of losing you …she pleaded your mom not to reveal this to you as you will be shattered….your mom gave three days time to Anika and warned Anika to do such thing so that you yourself will kick her out from OM and your life too ……….
Anika agreed to all the conditions laid by your mom just to stop you from any heartbreak and did which you never expected her to do…..but this did not go well with your brothers and they confronted your wife may be now EX-WIFE Anika….Anika revealed the truth to them and gave them her swear not to reveal anything to you whatever the situation may be…..later this truth was also known to Mrs.Jhanvi and Anika convinced Jhanvi too to keep this secret as secret……..
I know Anika very much Shivaay……though she had lost her memory but she still she didn’t forget you….I have seen her taking your name many a times when she used to get panic attackes…but when asked about you she had no answer…….
Last but not the least Shivaay…in my view there is something more to this and I am sure Anika will find that too…but I am not saying because I need to ascertain myself before letting you know….well whatever may be the reason it should have been dealt in other way……

Shivaay had tears running as soon as he completed reading the page …….he just understood and remembered two things…..
1. He is illegitimate
2. His mom was the reason behind everything
He closed the file unable to read or had the wish to read anything else and threw the file away in a rage…….
He sat down in disgust with what all happened playing before his eyes……everything was crystal clear to him now….something which he couldn’t see, he couldn’t believe and he couldn’t understand…he felt ashamed of himself and then he got angry with himself…….his mental stability was losing to such an extent that he didn’t understand what must he do
then……he shouted loudly ‘’ANIKAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA’’ and moved towards the edge of cliff…….

Anika also told about the reason of her exit and Sumo and Gauri were into tears…….after completing telling the situations that occurred to make her leave from OM …she felt an michmichi as if Shivaay was not well…….she was feeling uncomfortable and looked at clock…..
Anika ‘’om …it’s long time Shivaay went out and has not yet returned…why don’t you call him once’’
Om made a call to Shivaay but as expected he didn’t pick the call……..Slowly one by one started calling him but the result was same…now Anika got sure that something is definitely wrong……..
Pinky ‘’OMM where is shivaay’’
Anika ‘’Relax Aunty ji…nothing will happen to him’’
Pinky ‘’when you are around can something good happen’’
Anika ‘looked at her in disgust and said ‘’ I don’t want to spoil my already spoiled mood because of you and your…….leave it ’’
Pinky looked at her shocked
Pinky ‘’what do you mean? ‘’
Anika came near her and whispered in her ear …
Anika ‘’I know everything aunty ji…every damn thing …….so I will reveal everything when right time comes but first I need to bring Shivaay back’’
Anika went to her room and brought back the tracking device
Rudra ‘’how will we know where is Bhayya……’’
Anika ‘’Shivaay’s car still has the tracker placed by Sinzaan and Shenaay…now it’s time we use it to find his location’’
OmRu smiled……..Anika was startled to know that it was near Ratnagiri…….she looked horrified at OmRu
Om ‘’bhabhi…what happened where is Shivaay?’’
Anika ‘’I must leave right now…I hope Shivaay doesn’t do anything insensible’’
OmRu ‘’bhabhi we are also coming…’’
Gauri –Sumo ‘’yes we are also coming’’
Anika nodded and they all started towards Ratnagiri………after three hours of travel they all reached to Ratnagiri cliff and found Shivaay’s car and the file in his car…but Shivaay seemed to be seen nowhere………she opened the file and quickly flipped the pages and saw what was there …and finally came to the page where the truth about their separation was written……she read it
Anika took steps backwards……….and nodded her head in NO….
She was hysterically Saying ‘’No this can’t happen…this can’t happen’’
Om ‘’bhabhi …what are you trying to say?’’
Anika ‘’Shivaay has jumped off the cliff……..he has jumped off the cliff’’
All the others came to still…………After few minutes Anika realised something and started walking towards edge of the cliff……….and her eyes widened in shock……….She turned towards OmRu and Sumo-Gauri……none was in the position to listen or accept anything
Anika looked down once again and her eyes now twinkled and a smile arrived on her lips …..She saw Shivaay in the trap laid across the cliff so that no one falls down to death………
(FLASHBACK : After saving Sahil and Shivaay and getting her memory back….Anika waited for the police to arrive and take Fauzi…she handed over Fauzi to the police and ordered them to lay a net trap alongside the cliff to avoid any major incidents…….the police agreed and laid the net trap as specified by Anika)
Anika ‘’SHIVAAAAAAAAAAAAAY……Are you okay or are you having trouble ?’’
Shivaay ‘’what the wuck……does anyone feel okay here like this?’’
Anika ‘’I thought you jumped the cliff after knowing the truth’’
Shivaay ‘’I am not such a fool to end my life……it’s just that I was in thoughts and distress and walked backwards and slipped….and unfortunately my phone fell down the cliff so I wasn’t able to contact anyone’’
Anika ‘’very nice…now stay back there’’
Shivaay ‘’Whaat? Bring me up as I have to take my revenge from you…the matter still didn’t end’’
Anika ‘’then for sure stay back there…I am not going to bring you up…if you want I will come there …let’s end the matter in air …I don’t want to bring it to land’’
OmRi and RuMya didn’t understand what was happening and ran towards the edge where Anika was standing…..they looked and saw Shivaay like he was swinging between two hills in a net swinger….
Rudra ‘’bhayya I didn’t know you like these sort of adventures…I am also feeling like coming there …let me jump too’’
Sumo ‘’shut up Rudra…don’t you dare do any such stunts else I will kill you here’’ she spoke in a huff
Rudra looked at her and they shared an eyelock…
Anika ‘’ohh Hello……here your brother is in trouble and you both are staring your romance’’
Om ‘’Shivaay take care and come home safe…we are leaving now’’
Shivaay ‘’have you gone mad…who will bring me up then?’’
Rudra ‘’bhayya you are already adult…I mean oberois have already brought you up…what more do you need now’’
ShivaayOm ‘’Shut up Rudra’’
Om ‘’Anjali/Jwala/Anika Bhabhi is there na …she will save you…now we are leaving bye……..’’
Om ‘’bhabhi…we all are leaving now…you save my brother and get him back home safe…I am sure you both need sometime alone……’’
Anika ‘’ok fine…just let me know once you reach home safe’’
Om looked at Gauri and forwarded his hand…Gauri walked away without giving her hand….Anika noticed it and bid bye to them……
They took Anika’s car and left from there…….
Shivaay ‘’Now what are you looking at…..get me out of here fast…’’
Anika ‘’first tell me …you are not annoyed with me’’
Shivaay ‘’Anika…bring me out from here…’’
Anika ‘’no I am coming there’’
Anika went to her car and took a rope and hook …she dig a hole and placed a big nail and covered the hole….she knew it was enough to hold both their weights … she attached the hook to the nail and jumped down and landed on the trap near to Shivaay, leaving the other end of the rope near them……
Shivaay quickly came to her and held her…….
Shivaay ‘’Anika have you gone mad …why did you jump like this’’
Anika ‘’Shivaay I should be there where you are’’
Shivaay looked at her and remembered what he got to know sometime before…his face turned red
Shivaay ‘’No…you were not there where I was…you left me Anika…..you just left me’’ he turned his face…..
Anika turned him towards her and looked at him , he had layers of tears….she hugged him but he did not reciprocate……she broke the hug and looked at him…
Anika ‘’I am sorry Shivaay…I was scared …I was scared thinking you will be shattered when you will come to know the truth…so I took that step’’
Shivaay ‘’only one thing I want to know…….did you ever believe me?’’
Anika ‘’I believe you more than myself but why are you asking so?’’
Shivaay ‘’
Had you believed me then you should have also believed that our relationship is not so weak to get shattered by any bl**dy truth……you should have said me the truth….what would have happened ..i would have shattered or my heart would have broken…but still you would have been with me to handle me, to heal all the pain I would have undergone…but you didn’t do so…you bent before the wrong and left me…..and this proves that you never believed me….you had no trust on me nor in our relationship…’’
Anika ‘’Shivaay…i…’’
Shivaay ‘’no Anika…I am not yet done….today let me complete …..you did such a thing that you broke me more than the truth would have broken me…you knew very well by that time; that I was no more behind NKK…you couldn’t understand the fact that all I needed was only you…I always adored you, respected you and changed myself completely for you….but you broke all my beliefs…..you didn’t know what I went through these two years…I died every moment…and after you left and the terrorist attack took place with you.. even I died…..i was just physically present but nothing that makes me , as me remained…..you took everything with you….you just left me as someone who never existed…….only reason for my existence was Sahil…….because he was my responsibility…and I lived as a non-living for him….what did you get by doing all this…was I happy or were you happy…you forgot a basic fact that you followed your whole life…truth may make you face something unexpected but truth will always make you win….and you by hiding the truth made us lose everything…two years of life we stayed away …what did we achieve…nothing…atleast God as gifted you a memory loss but I ..i was unlucky even there too…I didn’t understand what was being hidden…didn’t understand who was right who was wrong …I just became a spectator…now answer me which action of you would have been correct….was letting me live like this was correct or was letting me know the truth correct………answer me damn it…answer me’’
He held her shoulder tightly while saying last two lines and left her in a rage and turned back…….
She decided to explain him once they reach the top …..
Anika ‘’Shivaay let’s go up now….it’s not safe here anymore’’
Shivaay ‘’I don’t care Anika…now I don’t care about my life anymore…I know the truth now and I have said and asked whatever was hidden in me till now…..just leave me here and you go…..anyways it never mattered you when you left me so it shouldn’t matter you now even’’
Anika ‘’Stop it Shivaay……just stop it’’
Shivaay ‘’you shut up ‘’ he turned towards her and looked at her intensely….
Anika ‘’Fine you want me to leave you right …fine this time I will leave you forever…because you have just seen my fault in whatever I have done…but you never understood why I did so…’’
Saying that she started moving backwards towards the end of the net and put her one foot in air …Shivaay saw her and held her immediately with one hand holding her and the other hand holding the rope that Anika attached to the hook…..Anika got balanced ..Shivaay pulled her close and tied the rope to both their waists………They both looked at each other intensely….
Shivaay ‘’now what?’’
Anika ‘’You wanted me to leave you then why have you pulled me’’
Shivaay ‘’Woh…woh’’
Anika ‘’Woh woh what? Tell me why did you not let me leave you’’
Shivaay ‘’Let’s start moving up’’
Anika ‘’no…first answer me…’’
Shivaay looked at her…already the rope has been tied and their bodies were meeting each other enough close….his one hand around her waist other hand holding the rope…her one hand against his shoulder and other hand holding the rope….. their eyes met …they were lost in their own world…emotions & feelings were flowing in each other’s eyes…..their heartbeats going in sync with each others….and breaths turning hot….
She moved much closer to him and left the rope she was holding with her other hand….He looked at her in shock….. She put her feet on his feet and raised herself to reach his ears
….Shivaay didn’t understand what she was upto in such a dangerous position (literally and imaginally)
She whispered ‘’Nan Unnai Katalikkiren’’
and again came back to the previous position……holding the rope with her other hand…..Shivaay looked at her confused……
Shivaay ‘’what did you say? Nan what? I didn’t get anything ‘’
Anika ‘’nothing…I think we need to move up before we fall down’’ she blushed and smiled
They both climbed the little portion of the cliff and reached ………..
Shivaay and Anika got free of the ropes and Shivaay angrily walked towards the road ……..
Shivaay ‘’Thanks for the help Ms.Anika…..our journey of togetherness ends here’’
Anika was shocked …………
