The Episode starts with Jai telling that Dev made Vidhi pregnant who has just started her career and that’s why he has to pluck out the thorn and made her fall down from the stairs. He asks Vidhi if she knows now how much he loves her, and says I will love you which Dev can never give you. Vidhi says you have killed my baby and slaps him. Dev stops her and asks her not to take law in her hands. Vidhi says he has ruined our life, our future and tells Jai that he was my baby, what did you get by taking his life, you want to keep me happy by snatching my happiness, you tried to snatch Dev ji from me and killed my baby. She says I am ashamed to call you as Rao ji bhai’s son. She slaps him and says I regarded you as my friend and you have killed my baby. She says it is my mistake too, as I trusted you. She slaps herself. Vidhi hugs Dev and cries. Jai thinks how can I hurt Vidhi, and then says Vidhi is innocent and will understand that I did it for her betterment. He thinks if I ruined her, and then says no, she is mine and she will know this with time, that my love is powerful. He says I will get Vidhi, but has to make her get rid of Dev Raichand, says I will kill him. He says I love you Vidhi and breaks the glass bottle. He says I will not leave you and is about to stab Dev, when ACP comes there with Police team and says you are under arrest. Jai says until when you will tie her, she is mine and I will come to take her back. ACP tells Dev that he is proud of him. Dev thanks him. The reporters ask jai why did he kidnap Vidhi.
Simmy calls everyone and says Tawo ji and Taya ji are on TV. Everyone sees the news in which the reporter says that Jai had kidnapped Vidhi. Priya says unbelievable. Satyavati says I had doubt on him. Chitra is shocked and thinks of Jai’s words. She says why did you do this Jai, I trusted you a lot and fought with my family and brother for you. Satyavati says our vidhi is saved. Bimla says I don’t like this guy. Hariprasad says what we thought about him and what he is. Dev tells the reporter that Vidhi helped him as he was Rao ji’s son, but he misunderstood and planned attacked on me, and got Vidhi’s miscarriage done. He says it is our mistake that we ignored his wrong doings and says Jai shah will serve the punishment for his lies and sins.
Hariprasad says I can’t think that Rao ji bhai’s son can do this. Bimla says he will be punished, our daughter is back. Hariprasad coughs. Vidhi apologizes to Dev and asks for forgiveness. She says I couldn’t see sin in him, I was foolish and saw what he wanted to show me. She says sorry. Dev says you are a good person and searches goodness in every person. He says we have learnt from this. Bimla tells hariprasad that Vidhi is fine today due to Milapni Mata and asks him to fold his hands and thanks her. She gives him swear. He says I am folding hands just for you. He turns his face and folds his hands.
After few days, Simmy tells Dev that today he will be defeated. Dev says it is fun to lose from you. Satyavati says Simmy wants brother or sister soon. Vidhi feels pain in her stomach and tells Satyavati. Dev takes her to room. He asks what happened? Vidhi says stomach pain. Dev says lets go to doctor. Vidhi asks why? Dev says he can’t take risk and calls the doctor.
Priya receives the bouquet and reads the note by Amba. Amba asks Dev and Vidhi to think about Chitra and Vikram, as Chitra needs Vikram for her baby. Chitra says I can take care of myself and my baby. She says after whatever Jai has done, I have understood that we shall trust self. She says I have decided not to give a second chance to vikram and can take care of my baby myself.
The doctor tells Dev and Vidhi that according to the reports, Vidhi has serious complications. Dev asks what? Doctor says your last pregnancy was not less than a miracle, and says it will take time for Vidhi to conceive naturally, and her body is weak after whatever she has gone through, and it will be difficult for her to conceive naturally. Dev asks what they shall do? Doctor suggests IVF and explains them procedure.
Precap: Amba asks where is Vidhi and Dev? Satyavati says they are very happy. Doctor asks Hariprasad why he is hiding from his family about his illness. Dev and Vidhi see him coming out of doctor’s cabin. Dev calls him, but hariprasad goes.
