Naagin 6 fame Akash Jagga all set to essay the role of a cop for his show Dharam Patnii
Actor Akash Jagga who is currently garnering a lot of appreciation for his role as Malhar Thakur in the show Dharam Patnii has turned into a cop for an upcoming sequence in the show. The actor is now donning a new look with a mustache and a police uniform with a batch of his name ‘Malhar Thakur.’
The actor recently took to Instagram stories and uploaded a picture of himself in the new look. He captioned it as, “Back to old habits.” Fans are already going gaga over the new look of Akash and can’t wait to watch him as an Inspector in the show.
Akash who made his TV debut with Ekta Kapoor’s Kasautii Zindagii Ka 2 had almost given up on his Mumbai dreams when despite giving several auditions, nothing was working out. However, KZK2 changed his life for good.
Earlier in an interview with ETimes TV, the actor talked about how he dealt with rejections and shared, “I was kind of done with television. I think three times I was finalized for some particular show. I don’t even remember the names of the channels but I was told we were locking you and the next day I heard that someone known has replaced me. This happened thrice and then I was like this doesn’t seem right. They should give me a chance and you know I should be there and when everything was finalized why, why is this happening? I even shot a promo for the show but everything got canceled and they got a new actor for that.”
