The Episode starts with Mahek telling how to know which truck has the disease-transmitting virus in it. Pratha says that red flag truck. They stop the truck. Mahek tries to open the door of the truck. Pratha thinks of what she heard and thinks she won’t let the virus spread. The driver gets down and asks what is she doing? Mahek bites him to death. He dies. Mahek and Pratha open the truck door and find it empty. Pratha says it should be in the truck then where did it go? They see a woman walking and going from there. Mahek says there was someone else in the truck too. Pratha says the poison/virus came in human form and not as a thing. The guy asks someone to see Shalaka’s face on the monitor and says they have decided to make the man-made face of her version. Pratha and Mahek stop her, and asks
Shangrila tells that when she mixes with the water, she will make the water poisonous. Pratha gives her intro and tells that she is Shesh Naagin and came to protect this land. She shows her face. The persons making poison tell the secret guy standing in the dark about the Shesh Naagin, who got the boon of Shiv and tells that the poison which is made can kill Shesh Naagin too. Shangrila tells that she is made in Jingistan’s lab and can kill her. Pratha says she is from Hindustan and will kill her. She attacks Shangrila. Mahek looks on. Rishab comes home and thinks where did Pratha go, I have to find out. Reem comes there and claps, and says you got married to Pratha, as you doubt her. He says no, I love her. Reem says you lied to me, for that girl. Rishab tells that he married Pratha to save the nation, and tells that he couldn’t tell her (Reem) to wait for him. He says I love you Reem.
Shangrila and Pratha continue to fight with each other. Pratha stops Mahek from interfering and says this fight is between us, and I don’t want her poison to touch her. Rishab tells that he has no idea from where did the naagin come from? He says he got the letter in which he got to know about the conspiracy towards his nation, and then he found the other part of letter in Pratha’s purse. He says my dad went missing and says I wish he could inform me what happened with him when he returned. He says even your dad is missing and tells that if he let his brother marry Pratha, then his life would have been ruined. He says how did I ask you to wait for me, with what right? Reem hugs him and says I can do anything for you and is about to kiss him. Shangrila grabs Pratha’s mangalsutra and is about to snatch it from her neck. Pratha says she can’t take my mangalsutra from me. Mahek asks her to let her take it, else she will get injury on her neck. Pratha says no, and says whoever will touch my mangalsutra will not be saved and twists her hand. Rishab asks Reem to wait until he finds pratha’s truth. Reem says you shall let her go if she is innocent and shall let her marry the guy of her choice as she don’t love you. Pratha takes out poison/virus from Shangrila’s neck. The guy tells about the poison in Shangrila’s neck which is made from all snakes’ poison. He says if Shangrila could then she can kill Shesh Naagin attacking on her weakest part ie, backbone. Pratha locks Shangrila in the truck. Mahek tells Pratha that her weak point is her backbone. Pratha tells that we shall think about hiding this poison. She comes home.
Rishab asks her where was she all night? Pratha says nothing. Rishab holds her hand. She asks who are you to ask me? Rishab says I am your husband and asks where were you, tells that you was coming closer to me and wanted to celebrate wedding night with me, but then what happened? Pratha makes an excuse about Security guard’s incharge problem. He says there was no rain, then how did you get drenched? She sees lip stick mark on his suit and questions him. She says I was outside with a girl, but don’t know with whom you are. She says you got married to me, though I didn’t love you. She says if I come to know about your affair with someone, then I will end our marriage, as I have no affair with anyone. Mahek comes there and says you are called for breakfast. Rishabh goes from there. Mahek asks Pratha if she was jealous. Pratha says no. Mahek says you can’t love, as you are shesh naagin. Rishabh thinks why he got scared of Pratha. Pratha says I don’t like himand don’t love him, but got strange feeling seeing lipstick mark on his jacket. Pratha says no and goes.
Later Pratha and Mahek come to the hall. Pratha tells that we have hidden the poison, but don’t know about three Asur’s face. Urvashi and Seema see a lady talking to Lalit. Lalit looks at her. She is Shangrila and tells that she is Shagun. Seema tells Urvashi that she is sure that this psychiatrist will treat her husband. She asks her to treat Lalit. Shangrila says I am focused on his mind. Pratha sees her and gets shocked. Shangrila says hi to her. Rishab asks if she knows his wife? Shangrila says she saw her near Yamuna’s seashore with her friends. Rishab questions Pratha. Reem comes and cleans the lipstick mark from his jacket. Pratha asks Shangrila why did she come? Shangrila says she will take back her poison in sometime and then will spread the disease in Yamuna. Rishab asks Pratha why did she go there? Seema says may be she went to get some special gift for you. She wishes him happy birthday. Pratha also wishes him happy birthday. He says now you remember. Pratha says everyone wished you, so it doesn’t matter, and tells that the stain is there still. The guys/Asur men with Shangrila tell that Lalit is one among them, but lost his memory. Lalit says I know you. Shangrila tells that she will take back her poison, spread the virus and will return to Jingisthan.
Mahek tells Pratha that she can’t find out the poison’s whereabouts. Pratha says she was clever enough to come out of the trunk and tells that she can’t reach it. Mahek says we will not let her reach there. Inspector Vikram talks to Mahek and says he will find out how the fire broke out that day in the PS. Mahek says you can never find out. Shangrila comes to Mahek as Pratha and smartly makes her tell where is the poison. Mahek is shocked to see Shangrila and thinks to inform Pratha. Shangrila comes to the temple, but couldn’t get inside. Seema tells Pratha that they shall go to the temple for Rishab’s birthday. Pratha says ok. Mahek thinks how to inform Pratha that Shangrila might have reached there by now.
Everyone comes to the temple. Mahek and Pratha also come there. Mahek confesses to Pratha that Shangrila had taken her avatar and made her confess, where is her poison hidden. Pratha asks her not to worry and tells that Shangrila can’t enter here. Seema tells Pandit ji that she wants her son and daughter in law to do he puja. Pandit ji asks Pratha to apply ashes. Bhasm to Rishab’s body. Pratha applies it to him and prays to Shiv ji to give her strength to protect their nation from the evil Naagin.
Pandit ji asks them to do the abhishek together. Pratha and Rishabh do the Abhishek together. Shangrila is standing outside the temple. Rishab’s brother or friends come out and says have some fun. Shangrila hypnotizes them and thinks now they will do her work.
Precap: Shangrila gets back the poison and is about to mix it in the water, when Pratha stops her. Shangrila stabs knife in Pratha’s back bone, injuring her.
