Prathna and Raghu are holding hands as they remember their past moments with one another. Mehek arrives and inquires as to why they survived after being shot numerous times. Mehek is seen by Prathna, who asks whether she is still alive. Mehek reveals that they killed Mrignaini on that day. She requests to see Prathna’s partner as well. There, Suwarna arrives. Prathna is startled. Once more, Mehek tries to shoot Prathna. Raghu halts Mehek and requests that Prathna save their children. Prathna instructs her children to assume their Naagin forms and run away. Mehek starts a fire, trapping Prathna, Raghu, and her daughters before they can flee. Mehek observes the burning structure and relishes their demise. There, Asita shows up. Asita is urged by Mehek to take pleasure in Prathna and her family’s
Mehek promises to eat the Naagmani. Suwarna observes. Prathna stumbles onto the road in pain and cries out for assistance. She approaches the car from behind. The person helps Prathna taking her to hospital along with his pregnant wife. Mehek declares to Naagmahal that she would become Shesh Naagin. Mehek is warned by Takshak to change her ways or else nature will punish her. Mehek opposes him and says she will become Shesh Naagin. She stops him using her powers and drinks something and becomes Shesh Naagin. He tells her bad never wins against the good.
Other hand, Prathna speaks in her unconsciousness that someone will kill Mehek. Takshak also prays to the God to send someone to finish Mehek. A girl is born to Meenakshi and Sundar and Prathan’s soul goes in her. The girl is named Pragathi. A nurse says Prathana couldn’t make it. Other side, Takshak gets positive vibes.
The story forwards by 20 years. Meenakshi is waiting for her daughter, Pragathi’s return. Pragathi is with her friend. Pragathi sings some song. Her friend asks what kind of weird song was that. Pragathi says even she doesn’t know. Their bus stops and everyone gets down. Pragathi is arguing with a seller and she misses her bus in that. She runs behind, but Mehek comes in the way. However, Mehek fails to see Pragathi’s face. Pragathi hears the same song that she sung from a jungle. Meenakshi is getting worried. Sundar’s team calls him and says they found something old from the river. Vidhi comes and tells her parents that she is going to complete her project.
Pragathi wanders in the jungle. She sees Prathana and Raghu and wonders who they are, but they disappear. She then reaches Naagmahal and finds it very beautiful. She gets dizzy and gets flashbacks from the past. She sees a snake and runs, and ends up getting trapped. She screams to get help. Raghav saves her and asks her for her name, but she doesn’t tell. Raghav offers her a ride, but she says no. He insists and she agrees.
Mehek comes to Raghu’s house that is burned now. Mehek thinks that house belongs to her.
