The Episode starts with Raghav giving lift to Pragati. He gives his intro and asks her name. She asks him to enquire and goes to the bus. Her friends tell that they have realized that she is not in the bus, and that’s why they stopped the bus and waiting. Mahek comes to Raghu and Prarthana’s house and thinking how she killed Raghu and his family and burnt the house. Asita asks the interior designer to make her room, exactly it was many years back. The interior designer asks what has happened and asks them to tell. Mahek refuses to tell her anything. The interior designer goes. Mahek tells Asita that her son wants to stay here and that’s why she wants to fulfill his wish. She says nobody can know that Raghu and Prarthana was burnt to death here, and tells that now their ashes are not remaining.
Sundar and his team find a box from the Jamuna river. His team members try to open it, but get hit by the snakes guarding the box. Sundar picks up the box. The snake comes near him to bite him.
Pragati argues with her mother Meenakshi for giving 5 rs extra to someone. Meenakshi tells her that she will get her married and then her husband will handle her. Pragati tells her I love you. Vidhi switches on the TV and watches the song. Naagin song plays. Pragati gets disturbed and asks her sister to switch off the TV. Sundar comes there and keeps the box in the room. He tells Pragati about the box, which was guarded by many snakes in the river. He locks the door after keeping the box and says nobody shall open the door. They go from there. Later Vidhi tells her that she got a contract of renovating the old house and says family is returning after 22 years. She asks Pragati to help her.
Pragati tries to sleep and hears the song playing. She comes to the locked room and it opens by itself. She holds the box and gets haunted by past memories. She is about to go, when the box opens up by itself. She finds the sparkling ring and wears it. She starts feeling the burning sensation in her body.
Naagraj Takshak is praying in the temple and thinks time is turning, it seems someone is getting the powerful powers. The snakes which was taking care of the ring comes to Naagraj Takshak and tells that they were about to stop the guy from taking the box, but a divine light came from the sky as if Shiv ji is stopping them and the man took the box from there. Naagraj Takshak says so that powers is attained by some human, and tells that it is not easy. Naagraj Takshak closes his eyes and finds out about Pragati getting all the powers of a naagin. He tells that Shesh Naagin has come, and tells that the girl was not naagin by birth, but the ring has chosen her heir. Pragati looks on. The snakemen asks Naagraj Takshak whose ring it was. Naagraj Takshak recalls Pratha telling him that she has realized that she will soon leave her body, but her powers will not die. She says all my powers will be in the ring. She says Shiv ji will find the heir to be the Shesh naagin. Naagraj Takshak tells them that the ring was of Pratha and tells that after her death, he had taken it from her pyre/ashes and then gave it to you to guard it.
All the family members come to Pragati and asks what happened? Pragati makes an excuse. Later she asks Vidhi about last birth. Vidhi says she doesn’t believe and asks her to sleep. Suwarna comes to Mahek and asks why she wants to stay in that house. Mahek tells her that Raghav wants to stay here, and he is my life. She says nothing will happen, as Raghu, Prarthana and their daughters are dead. Pragati drops her sister to the cafeteria. She realizes Vidhi has forgotten her phone and comes there. Raghav says cutie pie and comes to her, trying to flirt with her. Pragati scolds him. Mahek hires Vidhi/Pragati’s sister and tells that their half house is burnt and other house is fine, so she shall renovate that part. Raghav asks Pragati about her name, but she doesn’t tell him. Vidhi comes there and asks Pragati why she came here. Pragati gives her phone to her. Raghav asks for her address and tells that he will bring his baraat. Pragati gets angry and goes.
Mahek, Asita and Pradeep come to Raghu and Prarthana’s house. Pradeep asks Mahek to call him Prady. Asita says she is my Bhabhi, asks him not to flirt with her. Mahek smiles. Suwarna comes there with her daughter. Asita’s children also come there, and asks about Raghav. Mahek says he went for some work and tells them how much Raghav loves her and she also loves him a lot, though Suwarna has given him birth, but he regards her as his mother. Suwarna gets upset. Raghav comes there and hugs Mahek. Mahek says you wanted to stay in your grand father’s house, so we have come here. He gives her credit for all his happiness.
Suwarna feels guilty and imagines Prarthana confronting her for killing them. She recalls thinking to tell Ajay that she is pregnant with his child. She senses something bad happening and comes to Ajay. She finds him dead and cries. Mahek comes there and tells her that Ajay died due to Prarthana and Raghu, and tells that she can revive Ajay’s life doing something. She asks her to get naagmani and tells that you already had the anklet, so I can revive Ajay’s life. Fb ends. Suwarna tells imaginary Prarthana that she had injured Raghu and got naagmani from him. She asks what she could do, they didn’t choose her as the heir, even after she has so much for naaglok. Raghav comes there and asks with whom she is talking to. Suwarna gets alerted.
Professor Prashant knocks on Pragati’s car door. Pragati gives him money thinking him as beggar seeing his condition. He sees ring in her hand and says you got naagin powers, and you are not ordinary human anymore.
Precap: Pragati takes naagin avatar and says she is a naagin. Mahek senses something is happening.
