Characters
Neil Khanna: He is a 26 yrs old cop and a businessman who helps his dad in business, currently lives and works in delhi, he was in love with juhi but she is dead as a car had hit her. and he is suspecting the car’s driver to be Dayavanti mehta. He is a positive person.
avni ayesha/ ananya verma: she is 24 yrs old, lived and studied in bangalore with her foster mother neela parikh but soon she is going to move to delhi because to take revenge on dayavanti mehta who has killed her mother ayesha/asha. She is a positive person but has faced lots of harsh difficulties. She still has a mark on her body due to the gun shot by dayavanti.
dayavanti mehta: she is a negative character in this book, mother of ashish and grandmother of avni, but she has killed asha and thinks that she has killed avni. her elder son ashish has gone somewhere, she right now lives in mehta house with her younger son ketan, mad daughter diksha, her grandson from ashish, amol and her granddaughter from ketan, rhea. Her business is not running successfully and she has incurred a huge loss, she has put her everything stake in the bank including her house.
Rest all the characters after the leap are same.

In Mehta house hold dayavanti mehta (Dm) is shown who has become more ruthless and very egoistic.
dm: ketan come here fast and tell me what did the marriage broker show you?
ketan(k): mom, he showed me some grooms who are rich, but they are not into our power loom business, so we have to wait more for some one else..
dm: do it fast ketan, remember we want a business family which will keep relation with us and also business, otherwise we will loose everything and i cannot afford to loose because dayavanti mehta is a born winner..
