When last year, Star Plus’ show Ishqbaaaz came to an abrupt end, people were miffed. The show was insanely popular and people were in love with the dhinchak love story of Annika and Shivaay. The makers decided to wrap it up and within a month, the story was brought to an end. Now Surbhi Chandna is already back on TV as Dr. Ishani on Sanjivani but Nakuul is not to be seen.
After Ishqbaaz, he was seen hosting a cricket game show and also graced the chat show The Greedy Closet briefly. But he didn’t take up a show in a full fledged manner as Nakuul Mehta had bigger plans which just got revealed.
The grapevines are abuzz that Nakuul is now all set to venture into Bollywood. And that too with nothing casual. He will be seen in the remake of classic Satte Pe Satta remake. The film will have Hrithik Roshan playing the lead and stepping into the shoes of Amitabh Bachchan. As per the reports, Nakuul has a vital role to play in the movie, most probably one of the six brothers which Amitabh Bachchan’s character Ravi had. The news is that Taare Zameen Par actor Darsheel Safari will also be seen in the movie.
