Abeer says we will have to lose some things to gain some. Abeer assures Neerja that they can face everything together, urging her to trust him. He promises that this Diwali will bring them together. As Didun is put into jail, the prisoners mock her, which she takes as a challenge, declaring herself the lioness of Sonagachi despite being imprisoned.
Everyone at Sonagachi celebrate their victory, but Shabbo Rani warns that Didun isn’t finished yet and might return. Neerja reminds them that they are free from Didun’s control and can make their own decisions now. She sees it as a new beginning, while Shabho Rani fears Didun’s comeback.
