……….Ishita is in western outfit and a modern look……….She is talking on phone…….
Pallavi who was also present there sees Ishita and calls her out……
Ishita turns around to see her
Pallavi-Hi Ishita!!!
Ishita[a little confused]-Umm…….I am sorry I din’t recognise you
Pallavi-Don’t you remember me…….eight years back……[ishita interrupts]

Back to the JAIL
Pallavi-You were right abhimanyu ……..Raman hasn’t told Ishita anything about you………AND in this one year her memory hasn’t also come back…………
Mani-Why are you fighting my case,,……….If Ishu doesn’t remember me then what is the use of coming out of jail………..atleast I can punish myself like this…………
Pallavi-What punishment???

FLASHBACK
The bulb outside operation theatre is red………
All the family members are waiting outside……….
A nurse comes outside and asks mani to get some injections….which are needed at an urgency………..To which Mani agrees……….
When Mani gets the injection………another *nurse at the entrance of hospital stops him……..
*nurse-Was waiting for you sir………I will take this to operation room
Mani-But ……….I want to give it to doctor myself………..
*nurse-You cannot go to the operation room sir………..Now pls do not delay……
Mani gives her the injections………
After Three Hours of operation
Dr.Verma comes out……….all family members look towards him………
Dr.Verma-Operation is successful……….Ishita will be conscious after one or two hours……….Then you all can meet her……..BUT
Amma-But what???
Dr.Verma-The injection I had asked for was of a low dose……….But……..The injection with low dose cover actually contained a high dose medicine……….We din’t know that and used it in the operation………And now becoz of this…………….[all looked shocked]
(Mani was in extreme shock and could not believe his ears)
Raman(worried)-What happened??Ishita is alright na?
Dr.Verma-Yes she is fine ……..but She has lost all her memory………….everything from her mind is erased………….
Flashback ends………..
Mani-Then what else had to happen…………..Raman held me responsible for wrong injections……….Infact when even I hold myself responsible for that wrong injections then It was obvious for Raman to think like that………
Pallavi-But that was not your fault………..It can be the chemist’s mistake from whom you bought the injection ………or the nurse who took the injections…………. Or any hospital staff could have done that…………..
Mani-The truth won’t change that Ishita had lost her memory………..And then I had also signed the legal paper taking the responsibility of Ishu’s operation………..Even that documents partially held me responsible for Ishu’s memory loss during her operation……….Becoz I had given the consent of it………..So, case was filed……….And…….
Pallavi-You were sent to jail for Three years……………
Mani-hmm…………Being out of Ishu’s memory is itself a jail for me for my whole life………
Pallavi-I have promised ………..so I will get you out…..
Mani-Promised?? …whom?
Pallavi(with a smile)-Your daughter alliya…….I know…….

Pallavi-She is good……she misses you a lot…………..She had convinced many good professional staff to join your company…….and now she is herself studying management…….so that after you come out of jail……. she can assist you in business……….
Mani-Hh….It will take another two more years……………..

Screen shifts to Big Company……….

The owner is sitting on huge chair………

Adi-ENOUGH……..and one more thing…………You stay in Iyer house …………its good for you……but don’t try to come behind my Ishi maa and give her any kind of stress……….
Alliya(with water filled eyes)-After my appa is out of jail……….then all my amma stress will go like that only………..my appa is the solution to all my amma’s problem……..
