The arrest of actor Pearl V Puri has invited divided opinions from the entertainment industry. Although the majority of them have been favoring the actor some have a different opinion as well. One of them has been actress Devoleena Bhattacharjee who recently slammed everyone who was supporting Pearl.
Nia Sharma chose to respond to her social media post in her own way. Nia, owing to her wit and sarcasm responded to Devoleena by writing, “Didi ko koi bata do dharna and candle march nahi kar sakte pandemic hai abhi bhi.(Somebody please tell big sister that she cant protest for the cause because of the pandemic) Also Didi needs to practice her dance before she makes those pathetic dance reels thinking she’s nailing them.”
Although Devoleena hasn’t responded to her tweet yet, it seems that Nia herself chooses to apologize for her comment. Nia shared on her tweeter handle that her mother, her brother, and Ravi Dubey, advised her that she wasn’t right. Following that, she tagged Devoleena and apologized to her by writting, “My mom, brother, and Ravi very lovingly told me that I wasn’t right and considering 3 close ones can’t be wrong.. so here I go.. Hey @devoleena I may have crossed a line in being personal.. I’m sorry. It was impulsive. Hope you’ll forget it.”-
