Nishant Anand talks about taking up business

Nishant Anand stands out as a distinguished figure in the legal arena, practicing law at the esteemed Supreme Court of India while pursuing his doctorate in law. In addition to his legal career, he is an active member and spokesperson of the Aam Aadmi Party, championing reform and change.

Reflecting on his diverse career, Nishant shares, “I participated in MTV Splitsvilla and MTV Webbed during 2014-2015. I also explored web series with DKP Production House, known for shows like ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ and ‘Anupama’ on Star Plus. However, I later transitioned to the global IT business after leaving Mumbai.”

Nishant recently made headlines by turning down an offer from Big Boss OTT, citing the upcoming Haryana elections and the critical situation involving Aam Aadmi Party’s national convener, Arvind Kejriwal, as reasons for his decision. He deemed it inappropriate to commit to a six-month reality show stint at this crucial juncture but remains open to future opportunities.

Nishant Anand’s journey from entertainment to law and politics highlights his versatility and commitment to societal impact, inspiring many with his story of determination and passion for shaping one’s destiny.

Nishant further adds, “I’ve always wanted to do something meaningful for people. I realized at a very young age that a real hero is someone who serves the people and the country. I left acting as soon as I understood that I needed to make a real difference. The Aam Aadmi Party created a platform and gave an opportunity to all to join politics, especially those from average families with no connections to political dynasties. I received an offer from Bigg Boss OTT but declined as it wasn’t the right time. Maybe Bigg Boss on TV is something I might consider in the near future.”
