Token of love
Satya was taken aback by what the gynecologist told him. He couldn’t believe his ears. His turned his face and gave a questioning stare to Virat. Virat shows him no reaction. He was all bewildered and didn’t know how to react: whether to be happy or sad. The only thing which revolved in his head was the passionate moment which he had with Sai that day and he knew that it was his child in Sai’s womb. Pakhi was furious and sad at the same time, she reflected, “Sai is pregnant? But how is that possible? She is not yet married to Dr. Satya? Is it that Sai got intimate with Dr. Satya before marriage? But did she love Dr. Satya? Or could it be that the child is…” She becomes agitated with the very thought that Virat could be the father of Sai’s unborn child. All were lost in varied emotions.
Inside
The switch box in the room where Sai was lying bursts out and fire sparks fly out of it burning the objects nearby. The fire gradually spread throughout the room.
Outside
Satya takes off his hand from the gynecologist and asks her, “Doctor I think you have made a mistake. How can Sai be pregnant? We are not yet married!!” The Doctor tells him, “No Dr. Satya I checked Dr. Sai thoroughly and I’m hundred percent sure that she is pregnant.” Satya’s eyes bulged in anguish. He was heartbroken. Pakhi catches Virat’s hand and asks him, “Are you the one responsible for this?” A chill ran through Virat’s spine. He was wondering how to answer Pakhi when someone comes there shouting, “Run!! Run!! There is a fire inside” Virat unconsciously blurts out, “There’s a fire inside? I have to save Sai and my child.” All the heads turn towards him in shock on hearing that. Pakhi was horrified to hear that. She never thought that her worst nightmare would come true. She feels her head heavy, loses balance and tries to balance catching Virat. But before she could do that, Virat runs inside to save Sai. Satya asks everyone to wait outside the house and follows Virat. Pakhi falls down. Ashwini calls her out shouting, “Pakhi!!!” and tends to her. However, Pakhi keeps gazing at Virat who had been running inside and gradually closes her eyes pronouncing his name.
Inside
Virat reaches there and sees that the fire had spread to three consecutive rooms and the kitchen. He is not able to make out in which room is Sai. Satya too reaches there and sees that the fire had spread to the other rooms. Virat asks Satya, “In which room is Sai?” Satya tries to guess the room but then he gets confused. Virat tells him, “We don’t have time, we have to save Sai. So you go that side, I will go this side.” Satya nods and they enter into the rooms on either side.
Inside the bedroom, Sai wakes up inhaling smoke and thinks where is the smoke coming from. Soon, she realizes that her room is on fire. She gets up and tries to run outside but before she could a wooden block of fire falls in front of her blocking her way. She coughs profusely due to the smoke filled in the room and shouts, “Help is anyone there? Hel…” Before she could cry out once again for help, Virat comes there. Both feel relieved on seeing each other and smile. Gustakh nazron ne dekhan hai tumko…Khushboo fizaki kare bekaraar humko…dil ke sune toh raha jahe na…kehna jo chahu kaha jaye na…jab tumko dekhu lagta hai yeh…kehke hi tumko milega raah…hmm…Ghum hai kisikey pyaar mein plays in the playground. Just then Sai remembers the events of that day, her marriage with Satya, Pakhi revealing about her divorce and blaming her for the same. Sai tells Virat, “Who asked you to come here? I don’t need your help.” Virat was surprised, “What are you saying Sai? There’s fire all around let me help you.” He is about to lift her but Sai stops him shouting, “Don’t you dare. I know how to take care of myself.” She is about to go forward when Virat pulls her. Sai twirls and lands on Virat’s chest. Virat lovingly looks into her eyes and tells her, “I can’t let you go in the fire all alone because there’s my TOKEN OF LOVE inside you.” Sai was flabbergasted to hear that. Anjaan rishtey ne baanda hai humko…chahe na chahe nibhaana hai humko…naam kya de rishtey ko hum hi na jaane…hum na maane par jag rishta yeh maane…aa badal gaye hai kuch armaan…par kab tak rahe yu anjaan…oo…Ghum hai kisikey pyaar mein. Sai reminisces her passionate moment with Virat, emotionally touches her tummy and looks at Virat. Virat shakes his head signing a yes, keeps his hand on her hand and says, “There’s Vinu and Savi’s younger brother or sister in there and we need to take care of it. So please allow me to help you.” Sai finally gives in. Virat takes her in his arms and goes outside.
Outside
The Adhikari family members are praying that Satya and Sai may come out safely while the Chavans are busy attending to Pakhi who is still unconscious. Satya comes there and tells them that he searched for Sai everywhere but could not find her. Bhavani asks, “Where is Virat?” Satya looks on. Just then Virat comes there with Sai in his arms. All were relieved to see Virat and Sai safe. As Virat keeps Sai down, Ashwini shouts saying, “Godu, look what happened to Patralekha, she is not opening her eyes!!” Virat leaves Sai, and quickly runs towards Pakhi. He tries to wake her up but she does not wake up. One of the doctors tell him, “I think she needs to be diagonized. Please take her to the hospital.” Virat lifts Pakhi and takes her to the car. As he is going out he crosses Sai and looks sadly at her. He signs her that he will come back and goes. After Virat and the Chavans leave, Sai apologetically looked at Satya. Satya does not say anything and goes away. Sai calls him out saying, “Satya, Satya, let me explain” but he ignores her and leaves. The Adhikari ladies follow him. After everyone leaves, Usha comes to Sai and tells her, “Maybe Bappa had destined Virat ji in your life which is why all this happened.” Sai sadly looks on. Usha continues, “Come let us go home. The children are there alone. It’s good that you did not bring them. If they had come they would have panicked seeing all this.” Sai and Usha leave.
City Hospital
The chavan family members are waiting outside the casualty for the Doctor to check up Patralekha. Shortly, the doctor comes outside and tells them, “Mrs. Patralekha Chavan has got a brain stroke and because of that she will remain completely paralyzed from now onwards.” All were shocked to hear that.
