Bigg Boss 13 fame Paras Chhabra has been vocal about his struggle with weight issues, and now the actor has embarked on a remarkable transformation journey. Shedding an impressive 25 kgs, he recently shared his inspiring progress, mentioning that he is only halfway through his transformation.
In a post featuring before and after photos, his trainer praised Paras for his dedication and perseverance. The post read, “From 125Kg ➡ 100kg. What a journey till now. First of all, bhaaji, despite facing a lifestyle filled with uncertainties, you handled the situations admirably. You earned a respect from a coach that is very hard to impress.”
The trainer further acknowledged the challenges of guiding someone in the celebrity circle of Mumbai, where anabolic substances are often considered the go-to solution for fitness goals. However, Paras’ transformation focused on lifestyle changes and nutrition, which required a substantial mental shift. The post continued, “But we are here now, almost HALFWAY of the transformation… Let’s start the next phase after this with a more solid effort.”
Earlier, in May, Paras had opened up about health issues stemming from his weight gain. His anxiety struggles had contributed to the increase in weight, leading him to turn down a few work projects. In an interview, he shared, “I was 125 kgs a few months back, way beyond my normal weight. I had developed breathing and blood pressure issues. At that time, I couldn’t even exercise much. But slowly, I have managed to build my stamina with the help of my trainer.”
By May, the actor had already lost 17 kgs, and now his hard work has paid off, as he weighs 100 kgs, showcasing a remarkable transformation.
