Hello this is VHM back with an FF on IB…I will deal with all the three pairs of IB ….please ignore the grammatical and spelling mistakes….
ShivOmRuHi have decorated the farmhouse beautifully……it was practically impossible but with the help of caretaker they did it and they used the farmhouse only for parties….
Shivaay ‘’Now we lock the farmhouse and wait near by…Rudra place microphone near the doors and come back’’
Om locked the door and Rudra placed the Microphones and went to their respective cars and were waiting for their ladies to arrive….
Shivaay heard sound of a car stopping and car doors opening…………Shivaay alerted everyone
All four were giggling and were eagerly waiting for their partners to step in………..
Khanna ‘’I don’t know what will happen inside but all four of you take care’’
Anika ‘’are you not coming in’’
Khanna ‘’no…I am not needed further…because I trust Shivaay Sir and his brothers more than myself….but please do take care.’’
Gauri ‘’but how will we return’’
Khanna ‘’your partners will drop you safe ‘’ he smiled
Everyone smiled and Khanna turned to go and stopped and went to Shreya
Khanna ‘’Shreya …I know you are matured enough…but remember it was just your roka that happened today….and further I need not to explain you’’
Shreya smiled ‘’I promise I will not do anything wrong…as I understand to keep myself in limit’’
Khanna left smiling……..
ShrAniGaMya walked towards door…….and saw the door locked……
Now they looked each other in confusion…….Anika was the first one to get scared……she turned to see Khanna was there or not…but by then he left in the car……..
Anika knew there wouldn’t be any signals in that location as there was no tower…….she sat with a thud…….
Gauri ‘’didi wait we will call Khanna bhai and ask him to pick us ‘’

It was a farm house and that too they were alone …they were scared too….Anika was panicking because of darkness and Shivaay could sense Anika panicking………

Shivaay ran towards Anika and hugged her……..he screamed to rudra to open the door and switch on lights………
Anika hugged Shivaay tight and did not leave him..Shivaay consoled Anika that he was with her and need not worry…. Anika after sometime came back to normal ……
They all went in and Shreya-Gauri-Sumo were surprised to see the decoration…….and then looked at their respective partners happily……

Gauri stared at Om angrily
Gauri ‘’Di aap akele nahi mein bhi aa rahi hoon’’
Sumo ‘’maine tho socha tha mera pati mere liye aayega …lekin usko mujhe ullu banana mein jyada mazaa hain…….’’
Shreya was all smiles and then controlled her laughter and looked at Mahi ……
Shreya ‘’ab sab jayenge tho mein akele kya karoongi ……lekin ham jayenge kaise?’’
Anika ‘’kaise bhi jayenge cahe chalk e jayenge par yaha rukenge nahi…’’
Shivaay held Anika’s hand, Om Gauri’s hand , Rudra Sumo’s hand , Mahi Shreya’s hand and stopped them……
They came near their partners and started dancing on RUKH JAA OHH DIL DIWANE…POOCHON MEIN THO ZARA……..
After sometime ShrAniGaMya were all smiles and joined them and danced together…….in between they all left towards their respective rooms lifting their partners up one by one while others were enjoying………
Mahi and Shreya stayed back ………Every room had some sweet nothings happening while Mahi and Shreya spoke the entire night…….
Before morning they all gathered and Oberoi brothers dropped Bajaj sisters at their house and left to Oberoi mansion.
—————–A WEEK PASSED BY
Anika Gauri Sumo Sahil were ready to leave to Oberoi Mansion……..when Mr.Bajaj called Anika to her room and spoke something….Anika gave her opinion and came back……..
Gauri Shreya and Sumo asked anything important and she denied as nothing……….as decided they bid bye to Dadaji and Shreya to promise that they will be coming and meeting them often….
Pinky Jhanvi were happy to receive their Daughter-in-laws ……
Anika spoke to Shivaay about what her dada ji spoke before they were coming and Shivaay discussed something with Mahi and Anika ….all three agreed ……..
Few days everything went on fine and Shivaay-Anika-Mahi-sahil decided to go back to Shillong the next day as it has been many days they left their work there……..
Pandit ji came and Mr.Chabbra and family, Mr.Bajaj, Shreya and Bajaj sister’s maasi also came to Oberoi Mansion along with Oberoi’s and Mr.Bajaj’s lawyer and Shivaay’s lawyer from Shillong also joined.
The date was fixed by pandit ji and it was decided that after 20 days there was a good muhurat for both marriages to take place…first Mahi’s marriage then prinku’s marriage will happen……everyone agreed………Tej informed Mr.Gogoi and he assured that everything will be taken care of …….
Pandit ji left and everyone greeted them…….
Om ‘’Papa why is our lawyer here?’’
Tej ‘’since I knew marriage date will be fixed ..i and Shakthi decided to divide the Oberoi empire property’s once again and this time fair enough…I know you all have shares in your property but it all will be curbed and I and Shakthi together still hold the power to do so’’
Rudra ‘’but why suddenly papa…we are happy together …why do we need this at this time’’
Shakthi ‘’rudra it is required because tej bhai saheb and I have decided to get off our duties forever and relax now…we have done enough’’

Tej ‘’no Mr.Chabbra …Prinku will be your family member after few days …so you have every right to know about the property division ..so I request you to stay back’’

Shivaay-Mahi-Om-Rudra-Prinku got equal share of properity….excluding Prinku’s share, in remaining shares of oberoi’s….. every decision of a business deals, new business, sale or buying of a new property or acquiring business by Oberois will happen…only and only if Anika-Shreya-Gauri-saumya will sign along with Shivaay-mahi-Om-rudra …thus giving Oberoi bahu’s equal priority in Oberoi business and properties…..10% of profits earned by the Oberoi’s individually will go into a common family account and the amount can be taken used or donated by all the Oberoi’s excluding Priyanka and Dev……..Shivaay will head the Oberoi empire and Mahi-om-Rudra will be the Managing Directors…..Shivaay Singh Oberoi will hold all the powers to curb the division of property and for this he wouldn’t require any signs from any of the Propertyholders ..but he or any other oberoi will not have any authority over Priyanka Singh Oberois share…….
The lawyer completed reading the will………..
Mr.Chabbra was happy and so was Mr.Bajaj………Tej-Shakthi looked at Jhanvi and Pinky ..they smiled
Dadi ‘’I am so happy Tej and Shakthi that you did equal justice to all the family members’’
Everyone were happy……..
Mr.Bajaj ‘’now it’s time my lawyer will read the will’’
Shivaay ‘’but Dada ji why now?’’
Mr.Bajaj ‘’as your papa and bade papa decided …I will also have to retire one day and I have no heir left…so this is required’’
Mr.Bajaj asked his lawyer to proceed……….
The lawyer started
Mr.Bajaj has divided the will with 25% shares to Anika-Gauri-Shreya , 2% shares will go to Khanna and 8% to Sahil and remaining 15% to Saumya Rudra Singh Oberoi……..till MR.Bajaj and Anika-Gauri-shreya’s maasi is alive the profits of the company will be enjoyed by them….the property will be transferred to all the recipients only after death of Mr.Bajaj…however his son-in-laws including Rudra and grandaughter’s including saumya will look after Mr.Bajaj empire out of their own interest, in case of need or out of compassion and will be given all rights to take any decision…….Anika will have all the power to curb the decision of property division and make changes if required but only after death of Mr.Bajaj……till then no one can sell any of his or her shares and other properities……….
Everyone was happy and Sumo and Khanna were shocked………they tried to speak something but Pinky started saying something……..
Pinky ‘’OMM ….even I want to give away my responsibilities to my Bahu…….the keys of the safe of Oberoi Mansion…where the Lakshmi of this house resides…..i too am growing old’’
Jhanvi ‘’are you serious Pinky…you are really gonna do this?’’ she said teasingly
Pinky ‘’OMM jhethani ji ….you never leave a chance to pull my legs…I have actually decided to this when Shakthi ji said that they are doing the property division once again’’
Dadi ‘’this is awesome Pinky…so whom have you decided to give the keys to?’’
Pinky ‘’OMM …is there anything to think about…obviously it will go to Anika’’
Everyone smiled……..
Anika ‘’Mummy ji….one minute….this cannot happen…I cannot take up this responsibility’’
Pinky and everyone were shocked while Shivaay smiled……Anika looked at Shivaay…Shivaay nodded to go ahead with her decision

Anika ‘’Mummy ji…the keys of the house were always maintained by the youngest bahu of this house…like in your case you were youngest so they resided with you…..in our case it should be Saumya and she deserves this’’
Anika looked at Pinky and then at Sumo……..
Rudra and Sumo looked at each other…………
Rudra ‘’but Bhabhi….dadaji has given her share in his property..she got all rights in Oberoi properties..then why this?’’
Sumo ‘’yes Bhabhi…I don’t need all this…’’
Gauri ‘’Anika di is right…rule is rule……and you should handle this’’
Shreya ‘’and coming to giving property in Bajaj empire….you are also our sister…what if you are born in other family…we still are own sisters……..so we consider you as one among us…..’’
Anika ‘’yes sumo……I know you don’t need all this ..and in future too we don’t want any barriers only because of properties…I have seen many joint families drifting apart because of money and status and in our family that day should never occur….and coming to giving only 15 % shares to you in Bajaj empire…that was because I heard mummy ji talking about handing over Oberoi safe keys to me ….so I decided that it should be you who are to take the keys responsibilities …..’’
Sumo hugged Anika Bhabhi with tears…….

Khanna eyes were wet and Anika-Gauri-shreya—saumya-Sahil went to him and hugged him………
Shivaay’s lawyer read the will and it was declared that after Sahil becomes 25 years he will be the sole owner of S.A.M.S restaurant and chains …..till then Shivaay-mahi-Om-rudra will together work for S.A.M.S…..20% of the profits earned will be given to charity till Sahil takes over the business……
The lawyers left and everyone were happy……….
Dada ji ‘’I have one more request to make……since none of my grand daughter’s marriage have been done properly …I want to get all my grandaughter’s to get married in a proper way…only if you agree’’

Tej-Shakthi-Mr.Bajaj –Chabbra were to take care of inviting guests and look after bookings and other activities…
Jhanvi-Pinky-GM to look after jewellery and attires……
Sumo-Gauri-Shreya-Prinku to look after overall activities…….
Khanna to help everyone here…………
Sumo’s parents were informed and they agreed to arrive at the earliest………
————IN SHILLONG , MEGHALAYA……
Everything was set up…Anika helped Mr.Gogoi and his team to arrange everything and took care of every element to be perfect……..she knew it was also her wedding but more than that it was celebration for her………After she used to come home …Shivaay-Mahi used to pamper her a lot……..they helped her as much as possible and saw to it that she was not stressed………..
Finally the guests started flowing in and Oberois , Chabbra’s and Bajaj’s came …….. Tej-Shakthi-Pinky-Jhanvi came for the first time to Kalyani Villa……….they saw the villa and were very happy…….all four of them appreciated Shivika and SaHi whole heartedly…………..they preferred to stay in kalyani villa rather than in the Haveli………
Anika left for Haveli……… as till wedding she was not allowed to stay in Kalyani Villa……….
The wedding rituals started ……..and were going on with lots of nok jhok among the IB boys vs gals, but all in fun………..
The wedding day arrived………and as planned the wedding happened in different ways representing all traditions of India……..Khanna and Sahil were the brothers from Anika-shreya-gauri-saumya’s end and they took up the responsibility of every rasam a brother should perform……
Everyone were very happy…………
Prinku’s vidaai was done and they sent her with heavy hearts………Shivaay couldn’t control his tears and cried very badly……..OmRuHi tried to control but it wasn’t possible for them either……..everyone were sad because she was leaving but were happy because she has got a deserving good life partner………
Pinky-jhanvi-GM came to Kalyani villa and arranged rooms of all four couples for their special night…….also they did make arrangements for welcoming them…….later they returned to haveli
Here in Haveli……..Oberois and Mr.Bajaj thanked Mr.Gogoi for everything……….Mr.Gogoi reciprocated to them happily……….
Mr.Bajaj did the vidaii of all her four granddaughters and was into tears…so was Khanna and GM too…..
Shivaay ‘’Khanna why are you crying so much? You will still be us or have you decided to leave our jon?’’
