NB says wastage is the big issue at restaurant as Babita was a good chef but never kept account of what is going in and out of restaurant, they need also some way to retain customers. Bobby suggests he will sing daily as he is famous jagrata singer in the city. Minnie and his nok jhok starts. NB says Bobby’s singing won’t help, they need a chef like Babita. Minnie asks where will she find such chef.
A new entry/chef is show buying bhelpuri and suggesting bhelpuri vendor to add spices. Vendor asks if he is so particular, he should prepare it himself. He prepares bhel and asks to try. Vendor asks why should he taste his own bhel. Chef sees Arya with her 2 friends returning from school and offers them to taste for free. Friends taste it and say it is very nice. Arya says she doesn’t have money and offers 3 marbles. Chef takes 2 and offers her bhel. She tastes it and says it is very tasty and walks home. Vendor says chef wasted 4 bhels to by 1. Chef pays him and asks if he didn’t see the smile on little angels and gives his moral gyaan that one should cook for personal satisfaction and not to just earn money.
Arya returns home with bhel and tells she got bhel for 2 marbles. Minnie throws bhel saying he must be a child kidnapper. Bobby walks out shouting. Arya asks if he is insane. Minnie says since childhood. Drama continues. Minnie says they need to find chef and she needs Arya’s help. Arya says just 2 minutes to get ready. Minnie posts ad on restaurant website and gets profiles, says she will select the best among them. Arya asks how will she select without tasting food. Minnie says she has a point in Haryanvi language. Next day, they check many chefs’ dishes and select one last one.
