Pavitra Punia, who was last seen in Bigg Boss 14, is all set to return to the fiction genre with the upcoming show Naagmani. Produced by Ved Raj, Naagmani will feature Aditya Redij and Aleya Ghosh in the lead roles.
Pavitra will be essaying the role of a witch in the show. This isn’t the first time that Pavitra will be exploring the supernatural genre as she has been a part of shows like Naagin, Baalveer Returns, and Aladdin – Naam Toh Suna Hoga. Pavitra quit her role as Timansa in Baalveer Returns to participate in Bigg Boss 14.
Earlier in an interview with BT, Pavitra talked about her love for television and shared, “No matter what medium I work on, I will always do television because it has been my bread and butter. In TV, we are more or less assured of work, with films and other platforms, it is not like one continuously gets work. I will always do television no matter what.”
