The episode starts with Omkar driving and saying he won’t let Mayura go away. Mayura is waiting for her train. She senses Omkar is nearby. Omkar shows Mayura and her family members photos at ticket counter. The person says they bought ticket and their train is leaving in 2 minutes. He runs towards the station. A guy informs that train already left. He can take taxi to their stop which is 10 minutes away. He rushes towards his car. Mayura has fainted and everyone has gathered around her. Omkar fails to see her.
Omkar’s mother tells Aishwarya that her husband is running here and there to find his dead wife and she’s talking about going to her mother’s home? She should try to get closer to him. Aishwarya says she will be back by time Omkar returns and leaves.
Omkar is driving
Mayura is in hospital. Neil says he will need to run some tests, but assures her family that nothing will happen to her. After her family leaves, he tells Mayura now she can wake up. She doesn’t open her eyes. He says, not a problem. He will give her a big injection. She quickly gets up and says she is fine. She asks how he figured she’s doing drama? He says because he understands her. She asks meaning? He says he is a doctor and he can find out by checking patient. He asks why drama? She says because she heard Dadi telling her mother that they will never return to Bhopal now. Her parents must have their reason, but she cannot leave Bhopal. She’s a doctor, she has dreams. She wants to help her patients. If she changes places, then how will she establish herself as a doctor? She knows she can’t do this outside Bhopal. Neil gets lost in thought. She says he got lost as if his close one was leaving Bhopal. He says he was thinking that she should talk to her parents about this. She says she also wants to find out why they took a sudden decision to leave Bhopal. She knows they won’t tell her easily, so she needs some time to find out the reason. She requests him not to tell anything to her parents till then.
Outside, her parents are worried and hope she recovers soon, so they can take her away from Omkar. Omkar is also admitted to the same hospital. He is saying he wants to go to his wife.
Neil says he can’t lie about her health. It’s against his ethics. They will get scared too. She requests him a lot, but he doesn’t listen. She says she will tell her parents. She takes his hand and thanks him for doing so much for her. She tells him to take care and starts walking. He says stop. A doctor needs to think about patient’s mental condition too. He will tell her dad to let her stay at least for 1 day. She hugs him in excitement and thanks him. He was about to hug her back, but she moves back and tells him to go and talk to her parents as they must be worried.
He comes to her family and says they will need to keep her under observation. Her father asks whether it’s not possible to give medicine to take at home. He says they need to keep her there. Her parents get nervous. He asks whether everything is fine. Her father says they were going out of town, that’s why. He tells not to think like that even. It’s risky for Mayura to travel. He asks them to go home. He is there. Her father says he will stay there. He says Mayura has taken an injection, she will be sleeping whole night. A nurse comes and tells Neil there is an emergency case. Neil goes and is shocked to see Omkar. Omkar tells him to let him go. Neil says, you are hurt a lot, I can’t let you go. He orders a CT scan and leaves to do preps for treatment. Mayura’s family gets ready to leave. They don’t see Omkar’s face. They pray for his recovery and leave.
Mayura sneaks out of her room as she’s hungry. She hears Omkar taking her name and stops. Omkar gets down from stretcher. A nurse goes to call Neil. Omkar loses his balance and is about to fall. Mayura comes and saves him. Both are shocked seeing each other. She gets some flashbacks and panics. He smiles looking at her. She asks whether he is okay. Who is he? Why is he looking at her like that? He holds her and asks why is she doing this? She is confused. She says he needs doctor. He grabs her tighter and says he knows he did wrong with her. She can scold him, but don’t give such punishment. Don’t refuse to recognize him. She asks him not to touch her. He asks he is Omkar, her Omkar. She again pulls herself back and says he can’t touch her like that. She tries to walk away, but he grabs her hand and tells her not to go away from him. She pulls her hand and asks how he knows her name? He again holds her hand and asks what is she saying? How can he forget her name? She gets angry now and pushes him back. She says she won’t get threatened by him. She will tell security and get him arrested. He doesn’t stop and tells her that he’s Omkar. He asks her to look him in the eyes. She pushes him harder this time and slaps him on the face. He looks at her in a shock.
Precap: Neil informs Omkar about Mayura losing her memory after the accident. Later, he cries saying his one mistake spoiled Mayura’s life. He decides to apologize to Mayura.
