The Episode starts with Pooja asking Naren to open his eyes. Naren opens his eyes and says Pooja. Bela comes out from hiding and looks at Naren. She thinks about Guru ji’s words warning Praveen and Naren. Pooja calls Harish and Supriya. Rahul asks Surbhi what she is doing? Surbhi says she is getting room decorated for Naren so that he feels good. Rahul threatens to kill her baby and says I hope you don’t want miscarriage. Surbhi is shocked. Bela thinks she will be back with proper planning and tells Pooja to book her tickets to village. Pooja says you will not go anywhere and will stay with us. Bela thinks the heart is guilty of her.

Supriya comes home and gives sweets to Neelima saying Naren got consciousness. Neelima calls servants and asks them to throw it, says she don’t want to celebrate

illegitimate happiness. Surbhi asks Supriya to give her sweets, but Neelima asks her to go. Neelima and Rahul receives Pooja’s call who tells that Naren is getting discharged tomorrow and she wants to take Bela home, wants to take Supriya’s permission. Neelima gets an idea and asks Rahul to confirm Pooja. Rahul gets Surbhi confirm on Supriya’s behalf. Pooja gets happy. She talks to Doctor and asks why Naren responded with Bela’s touch. Lady doctor tells that it is just organ and it has nothing to do with feelings. They leave. Other doctor tells Bela that heart has feelings and is not like other organs. Bela thinks she won’t let Praveen’s heart beat for more days. Naren gains consciousness and asks Pooja what happened to him. Pooja tells everything and says it was organ transplant and nothing more. He asks after gaining consciousness, I took whose name.

Pooja says you took bela’s name as she was standing infront of you. He holds her hand and says he wants to romance with her. He asks Pooja if his heart beats for someone else then. Pooja says she has faith on her love. Naren asks Pooja not to leave him and says he is feeling scared. Pooja sleeps there. Naren hums the music which Praveen used to sing. Bela smiles and sings the song, she thinks Naren shall be afraid of her. Harsha tells Supriya why is needed when nurses will take care of Naren. Supriya asks Neelima not to upset Naren. Neelima argues. Rahul says your lamp is off. Dada ji tells Supriya that they brought Naren home. Supriya and Chandrika are happy. Harish asks Naren to come and says you are welcome my son, this house is yours. Naren gets touched. They all see Bela there.

Precap: Pooja asks bela to enter home. Bad things happen just as she enters. Harsha says she shall not enter home.
