The Episode starts with Pooja telling Neelima that’s he wants to play on horse. Neelima slaps her hard. Pooja cries and says you are really bad, I will cut your nose. Naren holds the scissor while trying to control her. Pooja cries and runs to room. Surbhi gets happy and says Pooja has gone mad. Rahul says may be she is making us mad. Surbhi’s smile vanishes. Rahul says but we will make advantage of her madness. Satish tells Naina that he will not believe in her stories. Naina shows her mum Janki with Pooja’s father Bhushan Goel. Supriya cries and says what did Pooja do, she saved me and…She says how can marriage happen now. Naren recalls Harish’s words and cries. Mayank asks Naren not to worry and says she will be fine. Naina tells Satish that when her mum came to you when it was raining
Harish says Pooja is behaving strange. Supriya tells Pooja that Doctor came to meet you. Pooja says he will give me injection and runs in the house. Surbhi makes her fall down, Pooja looks at the blood coming out from her mouth. Pooja looks at Surbhi angrily and calls her black monkey. Naren holds Pooja while doctor gives her injection.
Janki tells Satish that her mum anger is in her still. Satish says I remember that day and tells that Bhushan Babu was tensed and told me that your mum was after him since college days and used to work in drama company. A fb is shown, Satish says Bhushan told me that he has no relation with Janki. I assured him that I will not let Janki come in their life. Fb ends. Naina says I was illegitimate girl and says even you have done injustice with my mum. He feels pain in his chest. She asks him not to die before seeing her revenge. Satish thinks he can’t let her reach Pooja. In the hospital, Doctors give electric shock to Pooja. She feels pain. Naren is in pain outside feeling her pain. Harish asks him to sit. Doctor comes out and tells that she has a bad impact of her nervous system and she is now behaving like a little girl. Naren asks about the treatment. Doctor says may be she will never get fine again. Harish says I will take her to the best doctors and will get her treated. Doctor says till then she shall be kept here and says her condition will worsen day by day.
Satish tells Naina that he will call Pooja. He pretends to talk to her and says he will come. He says you are busy, I will come later. Just then his phone rings. Naina smiles and says you feigned to call her. She says she will take big motichur ladoos to her sister’s house and asks him to pray that they don’t have poisonous laddoo. Naina goes. Supriya calls Satish and informs him about Pooja’s condition. Satish is shocked.
Doctor asks Naren to sign on the authority letter. Harish asks him to have strength and says they will get treated in the best hospital. Naren signs and cries.
Harsha prays to God and says Rakesh and herself is responsible for Pooja’s condition. She swears infront of God, that until she gets fine, she won’t have food. Harish asks Naren to come home. Doctor again gives electric shock to Pooja. Naren hears her scream and runs to ward. He asks Doctor to stop giving her shock. Pooja tries to push him. Naren holds her feet. She stops and cries like a kid. She gets up and hugs Naren crying. Naren tells Doctor that he will not leave his wife there when he has no treatment for her. He himself will treat his wife now.

Neelima tells Naren that it is not wise to marry a mental patient. Naren says he will marry pooja at the decided mahurat.
