The Episode starts with Dijvijay and Rani coming to the hospital. Dijvijay instructs the doctor to keep their issue confidential. The doctor assures him of her trust. Dijvijay suggests Rani listen to music to ease her anxiety and starts asking about her well-being. Rani receives a message and notices Priya holding her old clothes. Priya asks if she wants to keep them for her future children. She informs Rani that she is sending all of her childhood clothes to her home for safekeeping. Overcome with emotions, Rani breaks down, and Dijvijay comforts her.
Niranjan, deeply missing Rani, sits with her old clothes. Sagar suggests selling the Rajkot plot in Rani’s name, but they anticipate resistance from her in-laws. Niranjan refuses to sell it, as he had given it to Rani. Sagar and Anant stress the urgency of their financial need. Niranjan reluctantly permits them to proceed.
Dijvijay and Rani reach the hospital. Rani notices a sweeper about to fall and helps her.
Narayani expresses concern for Rani and personally prepares food for her. Gayatri instructs Madhuri to take food for Baa, who has refused to eat. Narayani mentions she has already given the food, but Gayatri reminds her that Baa is upset over the decision to keep the baby. Narayani questions how Gayatri will respond if Baa demands an abortion. She emphasizes that since Rani has no mother, Gayatri must step forward and take care of her. Narayani believes Baa will eventually accept the baby after seeing it. Gayatri asks Devu if there have been any discussions about the child. Devu shares that Narayani’s constant presence with Rani has prevented any conversation.
The sweeper informs Rani about her pregnancy and advises her on the responsibilities ahead. She explains that women continue working even during pregnancy, citing Rani Laxmibai as an example. Rani remains uncertain about her decision. Encouraged by the sweeper’s words, she considers continuing her studies while pregnant. Dijvijay calls for her and takes her hand. Torn between her father’s and Narayani’s advice, Rani feels helpless.
Devu brings breakfast for Ishaan and notices his distress. Ishaan anticipates a significant issue. He reveals that Dijvijay has taken Rani to the hospital for an abortion. Narayani overhears the conversation and silently leaves. Ishaan grows anxious, fearing Dijvijay will find out that his mother is aware of his decision.
In the hospital ward, Dijvijay explains the procedure to Rani. He assures her of his availability despite his important consultation. The doctor asks if she is ready. Dijvijay instructs the doctor to take special care of her. Meanwhile, Sagar informs Niranjan that Rani’s phone is switched off. Anant asks Neha if she knows her number. They contemplate traveling to Ahmedabad to obtain her signature. Niranjan insists they stay outside the house and call her out for the signature.
Rani grows increasingly nervous as the doctor watches her. Ishaan attempts to stop Narayani. She accuses Dijvijay of betrayal and declares she must intervene. Ishaan warns the family about Dijvijay’s hospital visit for the abortion. He fears the consequences if Dijvijay discovers the truth. Vijay reprimands Ishaan for not considering the aftermath. Narayani rushes to the hospital to prevent the abortion. As the doctor prepares to inject Rani, Narayani gets injured. A distressed Rani watches as Narayani arrives to stop the procedure.
