The Episode starts with Rani struggling with the dilemma of choosing between her career and her baby. Narayani mistakenly enters the wrong cabin and learns that Rani is on the 4th floor. Rani, overwhelmed, imagines herself holding a baby when she sees a woman with her child but quickly suppresses her emotions. Memories of her father, mother-in-law, and Dijvijay’s harsh words flood her mind. As the tension builds, Rani screams in distress and experiences cramps. The doctor and nurse return, but Rani bolts from the hospital.
Dijvijay learns from the doctor that Rani fled before the procedure. Meanwhile, Narayani frantically searches for her. Upon reaching the hospital, Dijvijay is met with a fierce slap from Narayani, who accuses him of attempting to kill a child. Rani, determined to keep her baby, reassures herself that she won’t go through with the abortion. While escaping, she nearly collides with a bike but remains unharmed. Narayani learns from the doctor about Rani’s escape and repeatedly tries calling her. Dijvijay furiously insists that the baby will burden their lives, but Narayani refuses to support his decision.
Rani’s phone is switched off, and Narayani anxiously checks the CCTV footage. Tears fill her eyes as she worries about Rani. Dijvijay tries to calm her and contacts home to inquire about Rani. Roshan informs him that she isn’t there. Madhuri prays for Rani’s safety, but Baa lashes out at her. Pinky seizes the opportunity to stir drama, blaming Rani for tarnishing Dijvijay’s image. Ajay warns Pinky to watch her words. Baa declares Rani as an evil presence trying to ruin their family’s reputation. Devu claims that Rani never wanted the baby, but Pinky accuses Rani of playing a cunning game.
Rani finally manages to call Dijvijay, hoping to explain herself, but he cruelly taunts her. Narayani takes the phone, attempting to comfort Rani. Tearfully, Rani confesses that she can’t go through with the abortion. Narayani feels relieved, knowing Rani has realized her mistake. Rani apologizes to Dijvijay and declares her decision to keep the baby. Narayani leaves with Dijvijay to bring Rani back home.
Despite his anger, Dijvijay brings Rani home. Gayatri informs the family that Rani is safe and returning. Pinky resumes her antics, accusing Rani of seeking sympathy. Gayatri scolds her for her negativity. Baa, fueled by anger, lashes out at Gayatri. Vijay urges Baa to stop creating unnecessary drama. Ajay insists that the family should support Rani. Dijvijay, however, remains bitter and forcefully drags Rani inside the house.
Precap: Rani secures admission to college, but Dijvijay, still resentful, cancels her admission in an attempt to shatter her dreams.
