The Episode starts with Digvijay waking up and noticing that Rani is ready on time. He asks why she woke up early, and Rani explains that his mother assigned her the task. She blames him for causing trouble in her way, but Digvijay tells her to learn before making accusations. Rani asserts that she is not afraid of him, and Digvijay attempts to scare her.
During her class, Rani feels anxious about her studies. She understands the lessons, takes her medicine on time, and enjoys lunch while making new friends. Kabita secretly keeps an eye on her.
Digvijay visits Alisha and learns from the servant that she is in her room. He finds Alisha crying while holding onto the gifts he gave her. Digvijay questions why she kept them and tells her that these gifts hold no importance in her life, urging her to throw them away. Alisha expresses uncertainty about what Mr. Bajaj might think but admits that she misses Digvijay and the memories they shared. She wonders why he married Rani when everything was going smoothly between them. Digvijay reminds her that she was the one who ended their story, and Alisha regrets her past actions. She apologizes and confesses her love for him.
Meanwhile, Rani remains focused on her studies while Alisha attempts to win Digvijay back. Rani thanks Kanhaji for making things easier for her. Digvijay warns Alisha that she is making a mistake, but she presents him with a gift she has kept for years, hoping he will wear it. She then asks him to step outside to discuss a case. Rain starts pouring, and Rani worries about getting home. Digvijay gets stuck at Alisha’s house, and Rani, without an umbrella, decides to inform Narayani Aunty to avoid getting scolded. She asks Devu to relay the message, intending not to involve Digvijay, but Narayani picks up the call. Digvijay grows concerned and tries calling Rani, but she tells him not to come for her. Alisha, determined to separate Rani and Digvijay, plans to use every trick possible.
As the other girls leave, one girl stays back to help Rani. Suddenly, a man rushes in, bringing his wife in need of emergency care. Rani advises him to take her to a hospital instead of the college. She then decides to help and escorts the woman to the hospital.
At home, Baa reads the Ramayan, sensing something unusual about the sudden rain. She asks Narayani if everything is fine and inquires about Rani. Meanwhile, Rani arrives at the hospital and urges the staff to call a doctor, but they dismiss her. They tell her not to interfere, but Rani insists that it is their duty to save a patient.
She continues pressing them to take action, and the nurse warns her to stay out of it or face trouble. Just then, a ward boy informs the nurse that the woman’s water has broken. Rani calls the hospital to check on Digvijay and learns from the nurse that he is at Alisha’s house.
Digvijay, unable to get a proper signal due to network issues, grows increasingly worried about Rani. The distressed husband pleads for Rani’s help, as his wife is in great pain and fears losing the baby. Rani’s friend suggests leaving, but she decides to assist with the delivery. She instructs the nurse to call the gynecologist and assures her that she will help with the procedure.
Digvijay prepares to leave, but Alisha tries to stop him, asking him to wait until the rain subsides. Growing impatient, Digvijay insists on leaving. Rani informs the nurse that she is Digvijay’s wife and asks her to prepare the labor room.
