The Episode starts with Niranjan collapsing as Digvijay tries his best to save him. The doctor urgently instructs the ward boy to fetch emergency medicine and informs Sagar about his father’s condition. In frustration, Sagar slaps the doctor, leading Alisha to reprimand him. The doctor reports that the injection isn’t working, prompting Alisha to order Satish to bring the medicine immediately. A bystander warns Sagar that Niranjan’s life may be at risk if he remains at the hospital.
Niranjan struggles to breathe while Digvijay does his best to stabilize him. Sagar and Neha enter the ward, with Sagar threatening Digvijay, blaming him for any potential harm to his father. Alisha, concerned about the escalating situation, calls the police when she overhears Sagar and his friends discussing the possibility of burning the hospital. Digvijay attempts to provide Sagar with an update about his father, but Sagar lashes out. Rani intervenes, warning Sagar not to harm her husband. Digvijay reassures Rani that her father is stable but needs time to recover. Rani enters the ICU, overcome with emotion, and pleads with Niranjan to regain consciousness. She hugs Digvijay in gratitude when Niranjan briefly opens his eyes. Digvijay warns that Niranjan has had a cardiac arrest, making the next few hours critical.
The police arrive to arrest Sagar, but he refuses to leave due to his father’s condition. Roshan and Sekhar advocate for Sagar, urging the police to leave. Digvijay sternly warns Sagar to stay away from him, stating that he won’t tolerate further disrespect. Alisha supports Digvijay’s decision, emphasizing the importance of respecting doctors.
Pinky, eager to inform Narayani about the incident, seizes the opportunity to humiliate Rani and her family. Pinky mocks Madhuri, claiming that Rani’s husband isn’t present, using it as a means to spread gossip. Roop, meanwhile, suspects her husband of infidelity.
Ishaan and Devu visit Niranjan, advising Rani to rest and eat something. Devu urges her to care for herself before returning. Digvijay announces that Niranjan is out of danger, encouraging everyone to leave. Alisha assures Digvijay that she will arrange for Rajkot’s best doctors to care for Niranjan.
Alisha mocks Rani and her brothers. Digvijay advises Rani to prioritize her pregnancy. Though conflicted, Rani decides to stay until her father’s discharge. Digvijay confronts Rani about her brothers’ behavior and only permits her a brief visit with Niranjan. Narayani calls Digvijay, who assures her that both Rani and Niranjan are safe. He also warns her against Pinky’s manipulative behavior.
Neha tells Sagar that Rani will likely return to their home. Rani apologizes to Sagar, but Neha taunts her. Rani firmly tells Neha not to interfere in her relationship with her brother.
