The Episode starts with Dijvijay fuming at Alisha. Alisha tries to calm him down by revealing that Mr. Bajaj might submit his resignation. She pleads with Dijvijay, insisting the hospital needs her and she doesn’t want to lose Mr. Bajaj at any cost. Rani is determined to catch Alisha red-handed and teach her a lesson. She spots the same watch lying on the table and grows suspicious. Devu steps in and tells Rani that the watch proves Dijvijay’s loyalty. He insists Dijvijay has always supported her and urges Rani not to doubt his intentions. Devu encourages her to ask Dijvijay directly.
Back at the hospital, Alisha gears up to convince the investors. She’s confident that Dijvijay will eventually lash out at Rani, letting his frustration show.
At home, Rani distributes sweets to everyone, celebrating a small win. But Baa remains furious with the committee’s recent decisions. Dijvijay confronts Rani and vents his anger, blaming her for his current situation. He reveals that the hospital investors believe he’s also involved with Rani’s controversies, which led to him being removed from his post. He warns her that the hospital will soon face shortages in equipment and patient care will suffer—all because of her actions.
Rani tries to explain that she hasn’t spoken to the media. But Dijvijay coldly tells her that from now on, he will work strictly under terms and conditions. He reminds her that his career matters too, and if it’s ruined, so is their relationship. Narayani jumps in, defending her son fiercely. She warns Rani that if anything goes wrong with Dijvijay, she’ll forget there was ever an alliance between them.
Rani feels suffocated by the emotional pressure. She opens the window to catch her breath, feeling overwhelmed. She considers seeking help from Dijvijay but recalls Narayani’s sharp warning and holds back. When she sees it’s already 5 a.m., she heads to the kitchen to start her daily chores.
Later, at college, Rani is called to class and asked to bring all her medical supplies. A student tries to mock her, but Dijvijay puts him in his place and tells the class to focus on their studies. He then introduces himself as the new lecturer and lays down the rules. His subject? Cardiology—how to treat heart patients. He assigns a hefty task: each student must study 100 patients and maintain detailed handwritten health records. Training begins, and everyone jumps into action.
Rani says she’s fine with writing reports, but inside, she’s still restless and battling unease. She runs into Soham and confides in him about not feeling well. She reassures him that she’s taken medicine and will be okay. Kavita notices Soham’s concern and reports it to Alisha, who sees an opportunity. Alisha decides to use Soham to her advantage later. She assigns Kavita to take over the punishment committee and keep Rani occupied. Kavita promises to do as she’s told and wastes no time in giving Rani a tough target right from day one.
Rani begins sneezing uncontrollably, and Narayani suggests she should opt out. But Rani assures her she’ll be fine by tomorrow. Dijvijay gives her medicine, and Devu escorts her out. Devu asks Rani why she hasn’t resolved things with Dijvijay. Rani opens up—she says people think she’s getting special treatment because of Dijvijay, and everyone is against her. She feels hopeless. Devu, always her emotional anchor, comforts her and offers a reassuring hug.
Training continues with Dijvijay conducting life-saving drills. He calls on every student to practice. When it’s Rani’s turn, she struggles. Her unease worsens, and she grows more anxious. Seeing her fumble, Dijvijay loses his patience and scolds her harshly, urging her to focus and reminding her that time is ticking. Suddenly, Rani collapses right in front of him. Alarmed, Dijvijay rushes to her side, trying to wake her up.
Precap: Dijvijay takes Rani to a gynecologist and is stunned to learn that Rani’s pregnancy is in a critical condition.
