The Episode starts with Rani getting emotional as she remembers her father, realizing that he has always kept her safe because she has worked hard in her sasural. While working, Rani burns her hands, and Narayani arrives to taunt her. Narayani mocks Rani, saying she is incapable of doing her tasks properly.
Digvijay sets up an adjustable bed in his room for Rani and eagerly waits for her. He searches everywhere for Rani and eventually hears the sound of her vomiting. Concerned, Digvijay rushes to help Rani, holding her hair while she washes her face. He tries to console her and asks what happened. Just then, Madhuri arrives to call Rani for dinner. Digvijay informs Madhuri that Rani is unwell and has been vomiting. Madhuri tells him that Rani has been overburdened with work assigned by
Later, Rani returns to the room and notices the bed Digvijay has set up for her. Digvijay tells Rani that from now on, she will sleep on the bed, which deeply touches Rani’s heart.
Alisha attempts to bribe Pinky for information. Pinky expresses her frustration, saying that Alisha should have been in Rani’s place instead. She also reveals how Rani burned Digvijay’s favorite suits. Pinky adds that Narayani will never allow Rani to stay in the house permanently.
During dinner, Rani develops a strong craving for pickles and prefers them over regular food. Later, as she starts studying, Alisha calls her. Rani wakes up Digvijay and asks him to answer the call. The doctor informs Digvijay that Alisha has been admitted to the hospital and he needs to come immediately. Before leaving, Rani reminds him to drop her at the exam center the next morning.
At the hospital, Digvijay checks on Alisha and tells her that she is experiencing gas issues and will be fine soon. He then asks about Mr. Bajaj, and Alisha replies that he is out of town. She insists that Digvijay stay with her. Back at home, Narayani and Gayatri visit the kitchen to check if Rani is working. Gayatri tells Narayani that Rani is unwell and should be allowed to rest. Madhuri and Devu handle the kitchen work. Narayani then tries to wake Rani up, but Gayatri tells Baa that Rani needs time to adjust. Baa advises Gayatri to focus on her own work.
Narayani starts yelling at Rani, who quickly apologizes for waking up late. Upon learning that Digvijay has gone to the hospital to see Alisha, Narayani calls Alisha to check on her. Alisha informs Narayani that Digvijay is with her, and this news shocks Narayani, giving her a minor panic attack.
Rani gets ready and asks Narayani for instructions. Narayani tells her to make chutney using a sil batta. Devu tries to encourage Rani by saying they are receiving training to learn new things. However, Rani argues that grinder machines are commonly used for making chutney, but Narayani insists that she use the traditional sil batta. Forced to comply, Rani begins grinding the chutney but ends up hurting herself.
At the hospital, Digvijay wakes up and checks Alisha’s oxygen levels. When he notices they are stable, he decides to leave for home. However, Alisha suddenly confesses that she never had a heart attack—she only wanted to test whether Digvijay truly cared for her. Overjoyed that Digvijay stayed with her, Alisha smiles, but Digvijay gets furious upon realizing she lied to him. Rani finishes making the chutney but remains anxious about how she will manage her studies.
Precap: Rani gets ready, but Digvijay fails to drop her at the exam center. She goes alone and faints. Later, a nurse informs Rani that she is pregnant.
