SAB TV’s hit show “Maddam Sir” is gearing up for its highly-anticipated second season. Following the successful conclusion of its first season, fans have been eagerly demanding a new installment. After much speculation, it has now been confirmed: “Maddam Sir” is making a comeback.
According to sources, Pooja Sharma, famed for her role as Draupadi in Star Plus’s epic saga “Mahabharat,” has been cast as the main lead in “Maddam Sir” Season 2.
Pooja Sharma began her acting career in 2012 with Star Plus’s “Teri Meri Love Stories,” but it was her portrayal of Draupadi in “Mahabharat” that truly shot her to fame. She was last seen as Mahakali/Parvati in Colors TV’s “Mahakali — Anth Hi Aarambh Hai.”
It has been confirmed that Gulki Joshi will not be returning to the show. Additionally, Bhavika Sharma, who is currently busy with “Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin,” will also not be part of “Maddam Sir” Season 2.
“Maddam Sir,” which premiered on Sony SAB in February 2020, quickly became a favorite among viewers. The original cast featured stars like Gulki Joshi, Yukti Kapoor, Priyanshu Singh, Sonali Naik, and Bhavika Sharma in key roles.
