Prateik Chaudhary talks about his role in Sindoor Ki Keemat; says, ‘It’s different”
Essaying a role in a long-running TV show can often be monotonous. However, that’s not the case with actor Prateik Chaudhary, who essays the role of Ashwin in Sindoor Ki Keemat. The actor is content with his track and looks forward to how it shapes up in the future.
The actor talked about it during a recent interview and shared, “My character is positive and soon my track will take an exciting turn, which the audience will enjoy watching. Ashwin is a sorted and ambitious guy. He shares a great bond with his elder brother, Arjun (Shehzad Shaikh). He is like a modern-day Lakshman to Arjun. Despite being aware that Arjun is adopted, he is ever ready to move the mountains for him. He is happy to live in his big brother’s shadow.”
When asked, what’s so special about his character Prateik replied, “It indeed gets boring to play a character for a long time. But I can vouch that Ashwin is different. Maybe, my passion for my craft helps me to do my job properly. This is the reason I advise every new actor to work on his craft. It is imperative. Looks, a great physique, and an impressive social media following are secondary. But in order to become a fine actor, you need to hone your craft first. The understanding of my craft helps me to break the monotony and stay relevant as Ashwin. Having said that, even interesting twists in the storyline keep me excited about playing the part.”
Talking about his aspirations to participate in Bigg Boss, he said, “If I ever get an opportunity, I would love to be a part of Bigg Boss and that would only be because of Salman Khan. My career goal is to do good projects with well-known makers and teams and entertain audiences and leave a lasting impression.”
