Why does this sort of things happen to me only, why, and you Uparwala, you just keep staring and do nothing. Lots of things happened between Shivaay and me. Misunderstandings lead us to part ways. And another thing, why did your make humans invent this thing called “promise”. You know that they never get fulfilled still you still made people do it. So many people promised me all sort of things, my real parents, the one who gave birth to me promised that they will take care of me but they left me. And the parents the ones who promised to take care of me and Sahil, they passed away as well. Shivaay, who promised me that he will always stand with me… He broke that promise as well. Hahaha, my life is so funny, I can’t believe. I am back here in the Chawl, where I started, my life is like a car race game, you take off then you return to the same place as you started. Whatever… I will just do whatever destiny has in store for me…

Anika walks in the Chawl and glances at everything.
At Oberoi Mansion
Shivaay is alone in his room. He keeps still and watches everything around him. He keeps thinking about Anika.
Shivaay’s P.O.V:
I still can’t believe, my Anika, my Anika could do this, she played on our emotions. For the first time I loved someone, but she betrayed me… She ridiculed my brother by calling him illegitimate although she says she doesn’t care about Naam, Khoon and Khandan. She broke my heart and one thing I want to remember about her, that she is a downmarket person and I hate her…
Shivaay’s P.O.V Ends…
Dadi sits on the sofa and cries thinking about the situations. Rudra comes and tries to pacify her. While Pinky sits on her personalised chair on her room. She laughs hysterically after her win. Om tries to continue his statue but fails after resembling the incident. Gauri comes and tries to pacify him. Shivaay gets his Champagne and continuously drinks it while sobbing, he turns on the TV where he sees the news and the headlines being “Influential Oberoi Empires CEO, Shivaay Singh Oberoi divorces his wife while, former CEO, Tej Singh Oberoi’s elder son Omkara Singh Oberoi turns out to be illegitimate”. Shivaay fumes and throws his remote on the floor. He shouts in anger and walks out of Oberoi Mansion.
At Chawl…
Anika prepares Tea for herself but by mistake makes a Tea for two. She comes with two cup of Tea.
“Shivaay, here is your…”
Anika sees there is no Shivaay.
“Oh, Shivaay is not there, no worries, I will have both cup of Tea”
Anika misses Shivaay. Anika feels nauseous (vomiting) and rushes to the toilet and vomits continuously.
“Kal doctor ke pas jana ho ga, I don’t know whats happening”
At a bar…
Its night and Oberoi Mansion haven’t seen Shivaay but in reality he is at a bar drinking alcohol being drunk. He tells the waiter to get some more drink.
“One more bottle!” He orders.
“Sir, you already had 5 bottles, we can’t give you more”
“Look, I will give you money, a lot of money, do you know me???”
Waiter nods “no”
“I am Shivaay, Shivaay Singh Oberoi, nam to sunahi hoga, are you married?” He questions.
Waiter nods a “no”.
“Good, take my advice don’t get married, marriage is not good, its bad, really bad, it hurts, and do you know who makes you hurt… None other than your wife, yes your wife” He says in drunk state.
A random man joins him.
“Bilkool sahi kaha, you are right, my wife left me for another men, or I should say another obsession. She was having an affair with a businessman, who was more richer than me, I used to be one of the richest, then this deal, this deal made me lose all of the money I had, now I do a simple job and I come here to relieve my pain, brother tell me your story?”The guy explains.
“What should I tell you mere bhai, my marriage was fixed with someone else, when I met her, she was working as a Wedding Planner. She was beautiful yet hard working. We hated each other more than a crore. But destiny’s play brought us together, I got married with her because of certain circumstances. We started caring for each other, which made us fall for each other. I proposed her and she said yes, and we were about to get remarried when…” Shivaay replies.
“Then what???” The questions.
“Then on our wedding day, something happened to her, she changed completely, she started being rude and ridiculed my family, she wanted our properties, she wasn’t the person I knew she was, she said so much that I had to oust her… I can never ever forgive her…”
“Bhai, sometimes you just have to ignore someone’s mistakes, maybe your wife was helpless, maybe she was being forced?” The guy suggested.
“Or maybe she was running after money, whatever you say she is a middle classed person and you know how downmarket they are…”
Next Day
At Oberoi Mansion…
Shivaay returns from the bar while being drunk. Dadi notices him.
“Billu, what did you of make yourself???”
“Dadi, why did Anika leave me? Tell me dadi” Says Shivaay being drunk.
Pinky notices Shivaay.
“Oh my mata, Shivaay” She utters.
“Maa, look Dadi isn’t answering my question, why did Anika leave me!”
“Don’t take that cheapdi’s name, don’t!” Pinky insists.
At Chawl…
Anika gets ready to go the hospital to see the doctor, she rushes to the toilet and vomits again which she finds irritating.
“Arrey yar, this is so irritating, I vomited 126794 times still its not going!!!!!”
Anika takes the rickshaw and goes to see the doctors.
At Hospital…
Anika goes the to receptionist.
“Suniye, I have taken an appointment with Dr Shetty yesterday, I actually called in” She explains.
“Room No 35 mam” The receptionist answers.
Anika goes to the doctors room.
“Hello, Miss Anika right?” The doctor questions.
“Yes” She replies.
“So what is the problem” The doctor asks.
“Well I have been noticing that I vomit 3-4 times a day and some and I get mood swings, I don’t know why” Anika tells him.
“Well we have to take few tests, it will take about 1 hour…”
1 hour later…
“We have done all the tests and…” The doctor smirks.
“And what????” Anika questions curiously.
“You are 14 weeks pregnant, congratulations…” He beams.
“What…. I can’t believe, I am soooo happy” Anika chimes.
6 Months Later…
At Oberoi Mansion…
Everything has changed after the exit of Anika, no happiness anywhere. Pinky has been joined by Ragini Malhotra, Shivaay’s Fiancée. Shivaay is not the kind Shivaay anymore. Anika’s memories faded from the whole Mansion. Shivaay made himself believe that Anika is the root of all the problems occurred that day.
Pinky’s P.O.V:
Hahaha, the thing I wanted happeneds, the cheapdi downmarket girls left, and I got Ragini as my bahus. I should praise myselfs, oh my mata, I am so clevers!

Anika is struggling in walking as she is 9 months pregnant. She thinks about Shivaay.
Anika’s P.O.V:
Chotu, I will finally be able to see you! But the problem is how will I face the society. People will mock you for not having your Papa with you. But don’t worry, I will do the best I can. I promise…

Oberoi Mansion:
Rudra angrily goes to Shivaay’s room while Shivaay’s continuously drinking.
“Bhaiyya, I didn’t expect this from you, without I finding out the truth you just accepted that Anika vabi was at fault, let me tell you, she wasn’t, she wasn’t, and I am helpless because I vowed her I won’t tell anyone, you have to find it out bhaiyya, you do!!!!” Rudra exclaims.
Rudra leaves his room.
Shivaay’s P.O.V:
Maybe Rudra was right, maybe he was, I have to check.

Shivaay phones Khanna and asks him to get the CCTV footage of that day. Khanna brings it and Shivaay watches it. He sees Anika being blackmailed by Pinky and cries knowing his truth of being Illegitimate. He steadily goes to confront Pinky.
“Maa… Tell me am I illegitimate?”
“What are asks Shivaay????”
“AM I ILLEGITIMATE!”
“Who told you thats?”
“Tell me Maa, why did you do that to Anika?”
“Shivaay… I did that for your betterment”
“What betterment Maa, you should’ve told me my birth truth”
“No Shivaay, it was a lies to blackmails Anika, you are nots najayaz”
“What!”
“Yes, I did it for your betterment”
“No Maa, you did it because of your selfishness, you only wanted a rich bahu, now you made my birth truth a lie, well done Mrs Pinky Singh Oberoi, well done, perfect game!”
Shivaay leaves OM furiously and heads to Chawl. He sees Anika. Anika hugs him. He sees Anika being pregnant. Anika goes in labor. Shivaay rushes to the hospital. Anika gives birth to a girl. Anika wakes up and sees Shivaay near him.
“Shivaay…” She mumbles.
“Yes, Anika, yes, and our baby…”
Anika turns left and sees her baby. She gets shocked. She starts crying.
“Why are you crying?” Questions Shivaay.
“Arrey this tears are of happiness” Anika smirks.
“I am sorry Anika, I should’ve trusted you”
“You know the truth”
“Yes”
“I am sorry Shivaay, I shouldn’t have hidden it from you”
“Wait a second, Anika”
Shivaay kneels on the floor. He takes a rose out from his pocket.
“I, Shivaay Singh Oberoi, promise you to be with you forever and trust, I won’t hide anything from you. I promise you and our baby that I will fulfil all my duties as a father and a husband. And most importantly I promise you to love you!” He beams.
“And I promise you billu, I will always love you too” Anika smirks.
Shivaay gives Anika the rose.
“Silly me, now I realised that promises do get fulfilled, he (God) took away my family but gave me another family in return. He doesn’t let promises break. I finally know that promises get fulfilled” She thought.
The family name the baby, Shivika and they take a family photo…
