The Inspector orders they be arrested, Vedika starts stating the clauses but the officer says it is just of two days and they can come to the court on Monday, Vedika replies her father would not go to jail however she is pushed, Sagar is able to hold her before she falls, Vedika starts staring at him in the eyes while he also keeps remembering how he used to enjoy the time spend with Jhanvi and was very happy, Sagar stops the officer asking what does he think, Vedika says she has been trying to explain and it is all the doing of his family, Sagar is furious.
Rageshwari says that she for the first time has seen the brightness in the eyes of Saraswathi, she questions what is in that Vedika, Degvijay says that Maa should not take her name in front of him but now she would be taught a lesson,
Sagar asks Vedika what is the total loan amount, she gives him the bar code so he pays the amount, Sagar stops the Inspector asking what is the reason behind the arrest, the vendor reveals the amount which has been transferred to his account, Sagar starts saying the rules with which they were arresting him, the inspector warns he does not know whom he is messing with, Sagar says that he has no idea about anything else but just that he is Sagar Maheshwari, Inspector gets worried and then leaves with the vendor. Vedika thanks Sagar who is glad but then the father of Vedika assures of paying the entire amount back very soon so Sagar helps them both sit on the table while even offering them water.
Suphedra says she has brought the Haar that she called for, Degvijay says she should change it on the photo that is placed down, Suphedra asks what is he talking about when she asks him to not be worried, Degvijay says that his son has already excluded him from everything and she went to celebrate with him, Suphedra tries to plead with them but Degvijay asks if they can forgive her mistake, Saraswathi asks what is he talking about when Suphedra Bhabhi had only fulfilled the responsibility of a mother by supporting her son, Degvijay starts yelling at her asking if she will tell him how to talk to his wife when she is living in their house because they got her married to Kamal after the death of Gautham otherwise who knows on how many doors would she have gone to, Rageshwari thinks that Degvijay has to show Saraswathi her real place, Saraswathi sits on the chair when Kamal is furious.
The mother of Vedika asks if he is the son of Maheshwari, Sagar says that they might have not liked his sir name but they cannot help it and so both Kishori lal and his wife leave, Vedika asks how did he know about it, Sagar replies he knew that his father would do something of the sort in his anger, Vedika thanks him when Sagar says that he is counting how many times she has thanked him and he has accepted it but she should not be late tomorrow in the office, he says he is going to see her later while she must go and stay with her parents.
Rageshwari goes to hug Saraswathi explaining this is the problem with the wives of the generation who just know how to be good mothers and not a wife, even if they children are alive or not then Saraswathi runs away saying she should not say this about her daughters.
Sagar apologizes to Vedika for what she is suffering and then Vedika also thinks if it is right to trust Sagar Maheshwari and why is he against his own father, Sagar thinks the reason he hired her is because she is good and is fighting the case of Dayal who is the reason behind the death of his uncle Gautham, Vedika thinks that Degvijay seems like a criminal and Grandmothers are usually very sweet but she does not seem nice. Sagar in his car thinks he would be finally meet the one whom his heart is searching for till his childhood, Vedika thinks that the only one who is nice and genuine in that family is Saraswathi aunti and she feels happy just by thinking about her but she does not know how she can survive amongst that family.
In the night Saraswathi is thinking about the way Degvijay talked to her, Kamal brings a glass of water for her and she with shivering hands starts drinking it, Kamal apologizes to her, she says he has not done anything, he replies because he was not able to do anything, the way Degvijay talked to her in front of everyone and humiliated her, he felt very painful hearing those words but he could not do anything, Saraswathi says that Degvijay and Maa did not say anything wrong because if this family had thrown her out of this house and had he refused to accept her then she might not have been alive, and the desires to search for her daughters might have ended a while ago, Saraswathi apologizes to Kamal saying she could not be a nice wife and kept thinking about her daughters, Kamal says he could not be a nice husband as in front of his eyes the people of his house misbehave with his wife but he cannot do anything, as he does not have any respect in this house so the person who cannot raise the voice for his own rights, Saraswathi asks if she can ask something from him, she says she wants to know the address of Vedika. Saraswathi wonders why does she think that Vedika is her Jhanvi.
Precap: The mother of Vedika asks why has she set the third plate, Vedika says she does not know why she is feeling that someone is going to come, Saraswathi standing at the entrance of their house is looking at Vedika. Sagar tells Vedika to fight the case of Dayal as a member of their law firm.
