Rajeshwari suggests Sagar and Koel’s marriage, which shocks everyone. Sagar questions Rajeshwari. Rajeshwari tells him that she decides to fulfil his wish. Saraswati reminds Rajeshwari about her words, and she has clearly told that once both Sagar and Jahnvi grow up, they have to respect their opinion too. Rajeshwari agrees. Lolly questions Sagar and Koel’s opinion about Rajeshwari’s decision. They both oppose her decision. Saraswati and Digvijay ask Rajeshwari to accept Sagar and Koel’s decision as they both are unhappy with the latter’s decision. Mayuri gets upset with Koel. Vedika hears everything from far. She tells herself that she won’t be affected by Sagar’s decision.
Sagar firmly tells his family that he has lost faith in love, so he isn’t going to marry anyone.
Saraswati tells Koel about her wish to perform Gautam’s last rite as she has returned who is a real Jahnvi eventhough Yamini isn’t returned to them. Vedika arrives there. She tells Saraswati that they can perform Gautam’s last rite. Koel shouts at Vedika, but the latter warns her to stay in her limits. She then requests Saraswati to give her a few minutes to speak to her. Saraswati sends Koel inside. After that, Vedika shares with Saraswati about an important clue of the truck’s cleaner being alive and who can reveal the criminal’s true identity who killed Gautam. Saraswati gets happy and emotional, so she holds Vedika’s hands. She then realises what she is doing, so she unholds her hand, and then she tells Vedika that she isn’t going to believe her words anymore. Vedika gets hurt, but she tells Saraswati that she will surely make her find out the truth soon, and then she leaves from there.
Here, Sagar and Koel get into an argument with each other. Both of them expresses their dislikes towards each other. Mayuri interferes. She tries to manipulate Sagar to marry Koel, but Sagar firmly refuses. After Sagar leaves, Mayuri advises Koel to marry Sagar to avenge Vedika, but Koel firmly refuses. There, Rajeshwari shares with Digvijay about her real intention to conduct Sagar and Koel’s marriage.
Later, Vedika taunts Sagar about his marriage with Koel, but Sagar questions her about coming to his house. Vedika tells him that she came there to meet her client, Saraswati. When Sagar inquired with her about the update of the case, Vedika refused to share it with him. Sagar gets furious. So he troubles Vedika by disconnecting the power supply of her work station. Vedika gets upset with Sagar’s decision. Meanwhile, Saraswati shares with Koel about Gautam’s memories. Koel gets emotional.
In the office, Sagar gets surprised by Vedika’s attitude after he troubles her. He asks Rishi not to serve Vedika a sweet, which has a cashew as she is allergic. Vedika also agrees with Sagar’s statement. Sagar asks her not to think herself as real Jahnvi. Vedika says to herself that she doesn’t have to prove Sagar anything. Later, before Saraswati and Koel perform Gautam’s last rite, Vedika joins them, shocking them both.
