The wife of the doctor tries to call for help, the doctor asks Vedika to get out as he has to go with his wife, Koyal goes to the wife of the doctor Singh asking if he is in the car, Koyal then taking the pin starts to open the lock of the car then demands the doctor should go inside, Vedika is shocked seeing her, Koyal requests the doctor to come as she is very sick, Vedika agrees explaining she is indeed talking about her as it is relating to her life and death, Vedika asks the doctor to see otherwise she might die when the doctor asks who is she, Koyal says she is her sister then asks if the doctor will come when Vedika asks Koyal to go and sit at the back however Koyal refuses to go saying she will drive, Vedika asks if she has a driver license when the doctor requests them to take his

wife, Vedika explains she has booked a car for her and then the doctor asks where are they taking him, Vedika informs the Maheshwari Mansion. Vedika stops the car when Koyal tells the doctor that her mother is ill to which he replies he understood it, the doctor says that he knew it already. Koyal replies this is why she is asking Vedika to stay away, Vedika sees the phone of the doctor so dials a call and then hands it to him. The doctor after checking Saraswathi says it is not good that her blood pressure is so high, then Vedika wonders what caused it as maa does not have any issue. The doctor says they should make sure she does not suffer any tension as sometimes a smile is better then medicine then he says they should even get some tests done and he leaves. The doctor asks his wife Sapna if she reached the restaurant and then he sits in the car, he is shocked seeing Vedika who apologizes for doing it all but says her mother was ill, the doctor informs Vedika that Saraswathi did not have any health complication and had the blood pressure not been controlled then it would have caused a stroke. The doctor says he is trying to figure it out about how the blood pressure increased when it is possible if they take some sort of medicine which is not prescribed. The doctor leaves and Vedika is worried.

Mauri with a smile enters the room when she sits saying their plan worked, Rageshwari says Mauri is habitual of praising herself for everything saying she is the one who made the plan to change the multi vitamins with the medicine to increase the blood pressure then Mauri says she is the one who changed them as the rich people donot do such small things. Rageshwari angrily orders Mauri to leave when she after opening the door gets shocked seeing Sagar so quickly hides, Rageshwari asks Sagar what did the doctor say, he replies that the doctor said that they need to get some tests done to be sure so he is contacting the labs.

Vedika is working when she tells Padma that the sudden rise of the blood pressure is not normal and it can only happen if they do some unusual exercise but Maa does not do it and the other reason might be of some medicine, Vedika after searching says there are a lot of medicines found in the market that can cause it, Kishori lal agrees saying she does not have anyone there who care for her so it is possible that someone has changed them purposefully. Vedika agrees.

Koyal is helping Saraswathi have the soup even when she says she is fine, Mauri tells Koyal that she feels Saraswathi can have the soup by herself as she is not that weak, Saraswathi agrees saying that she would get even better as her daughter is helping her drink it. Sagar is looking at Saraswathi from the window, Suphedra asks Saraswathi if she is fine and should she call the doctor but Saraswathi says she is just a bit dizzy, then Rageshwari says if she takes the medicine on the right time then would be fine. Rageshwari hands Saraswathi the medicine but is smiling, Suphedra informs the doctor said she must stay happy so she needs to forget all the bad things. Mauri says for it there should be something good, Sagar standing at the window thinks when Saraswathi got happy after finding out that he is not returning to London and he opened the Law firm, Sagar keeps thinking how Saraswathi would get happy whenever he achieved something a she thought of him as her son, Sagar is thinking of Vedika and how he feels for her, then he tries to end all the memories but thinks of when Vedika said that she is the real Jhanvi. Sagar says she cannot be Jhanvi and he has to accept it as Vedika is not Jhanvi. Then Sagar says he has to move ahead in his life as it would be best for everyone.

Vedika is sure someone wants to cause harm to her while Koyal also looked worried but she cannot trust Koyal anymore and then Padma agrees mentioning that it is very difficult to trust anyone, Vedika says she felt a connection with Koyal but not anymore as she has been deceived a lot by her, while they have seen what Rageshwari mam is capable of doing, as her mother is bearing a lot in that house for so many years, Vedika says her mother is trapped with some evil people and she cannot take any chance while put her mother at risk, Kishori lal asks what has she thought about doing, Vedika keeps thinking.

Sagar enters the room to go to his aunt and kneels in front of her apologizing for what he did, Saraswathi says he is not ready to accept that Koyal is Jhanvi so says she has gotten tired, Sagar replies he also trusts that Koyal is her daughter, and Saraswathi replies he is saying it for her but Sagar says he can even prove it and so reveals he is ready to marry Koyal, everyone is shocked while Degvijay is furious but Rageshwari is smiling. Saraswathi asks if he is not saying it under pressure and makes him swear but Sagar assures he has accepted that Koyal is Jhanvi and it is time to keep the word of his Grandmother so he says he is ready to marry Koyal after accepting that she is Jhanvi, Sagar turns to look at Koyal saying if she is also ready to marry him, Koyal however is furious but she leaves then Suphedra asks Sagar if he has thought about it so Sagar replies he is sure before leaving. Saraswathi prays that Sagar has not taken the decision under pressure but she does not know why she is feeling like it.
