Pulkit Bangia reflects on his choice of shifting focus from Kumkum Bhagya to Faltu only to face its conclusion
Pulkit Bangia, known for his stint in Kumkum Bhagya, recently made a pivotal decision to step away from the popular series in order to seize a parallel lead role in Faltu. Balancing the demands of both shows proved to be a challenge, leading him to opt out of Kumkum Bhagya. However, an unexpected turn of events has left Pulkit in a bittersweet predicament, as Faltu is now nearing its end.
In his new role, Pulkit portrayed Aryan, the brother of Krishna Kaul’s character, in Kumkum Bhagya. The allure of a significant parallel lead character in Faltu prompted his transition. Though he initially hoped to juggle both commitments, the demanding schedule eventually prompted his departure from the former show.
Pulkit talked about it in a recent interview and shared his acceptance of the changing circumstances. He said, “With a few more days left to shoot, it’s slightly disheartening to have left one show to concentrate on my role in Faltu, only for it to conclude. Originally, the makers had envisioned a triangular love story involving Faltu, Aryan, and myself. Unfortunately, that won’t come to fruition now. Life moves forward, and one must adapt. Once my current shoot wraps up, I’ll actively seek new opportunities.”
The storyline of Faltu revolves around a second marriage for the protagonist, adding to the dynamic narrative. As Faltu prepares to bid farewell on August 21, Baatein Kuch Ankahee See is poised to take its place. The upcoming series, produced by Rajan Shahi and headlined by Mohit Malik and Sayali Salunke, holds the promise of a fresh chapter in Pulkit’s journey.
Pulkit Bangia’s trajectory reflects the ever-evolving nature of the entertainment industry, where decisions are made to maximize growth and potential. Despite the unexpected twists, Pulkit’s outlook remains resolute, poised to explore new avenues and embrace whatever the future may hold.
