The Episode starts with Malhar saying I couldn’t judge Malerao well and trusted him. Gautama consoles him. He says a king has no right to get emotional, I have punished Malerao, but I also deserve it. Gautama says then I also deserve a punishment. Ahilya comes and asks them to wear their slippers back. The people walk into the field. A man faints by the sun stroke. The other men worry. Ahilya takes Malhar to his room. She asks what’s the matter, are you upset with me. Malhar says no. She says this happened because of me, forgive me. He says no, its my mistake to trust Malerao.
She says its not your mistake, it’s the mistake of Malerao, who broke your trust and hope, he has misused his rights which you gave to him. He says fine, he made a mistake and we rectified it in time, but what about the future. She asks him not to think much. She says Malerao has done a mistake, but I think he has realized his mistake, he has lost his path right now, but don’t worry, I will talk to him. Malhar praises Ahilya and blesses her. She cries.
The men get water and feed the unwell man. They all get affected by sun heat. Gangoba talks to a guard. He asks Tukoji and Yashwant to come. He asks how did you come. Tukoji says we have come to thank you. Gangoba asks why. Tukoji says you have supported Ahilya in darbar. Gangoba says no, I didn’t support her but just the truth, I made a big mistake by making Malerao the throne ruler, I m still dedicated to Malwa and will always be, you can tell me if you need my help. They leave. Yashwant sees Mukta. She stops him and apologizes to him. She says I have broken your trust. He says leave my way, I have to go. She asks him to talk to her once. He leaves. She cries. The fields get burnt. Ahilya comes to Malerao and sees him drinking. She cries and holds him. He says you are crying, why, are these tears of my mum or Choti Rani, when Mukta and I were young, you used to teach us with fingers, you always wanted me to dance on your fingers.
