The Episode starts with Mankoji coming to see Ahilya. He asks is it hurting. She says you didn’t talk to me since yesterday. He says when I came home at night, you were already asleep, I will apply the lep. She says I felt really bad. He says I know I have scolded you, would I feel happy, I m equally sad. She asks doesn’t anyone talk when being sad, you didn’t talk to me at the temple. He says I was doing puja that time. She says I don’t want to talk to you. He goes. She cries. Malhar comes. She says I said I don’t want to talk, why did you come. He says you didn’t tell that to me, so much anger…. She says I m not angry on you. He says you are angry on your dad, one thing is decided, he will get much good deeds from this Abhishek.

She asks why. He says you got the

kalash water, it had tears of your dad also. She asks did he cry. He says he would get tears seeing your feet hurt, you have seen his love, if you had grown up, you would have seen his helplessness, he is the village Patil, he did his duty, he came to meet you as dad, no one sees dad’s pain, it hurts a lot. She thinks and runs to Mankoji. Malhar smiles. She cries and sees Mankoji. She hugs him. He asks what happened. She asks are you hurt, tell me. He asks me? She says yes, Malhar said you are hurt, tell me where is it hurting. He sees Malhar and signs to thank him. He says I m not hurt. He hugs her. Sushila makes Ahilya have sweets. She says I thought you won’t be able to reach there. Ahilya says yes, a lady told me that I won’t feel pain, I reached the temple. She says Renu is going back to her Sasural, I will go. Sushila makes a gajra. Ahilya asks shall I give it to Renu, her hair are long, she will look good. She goes to Renu’s house. She sees the crowd. Ahilya’s brothers come to ask about her. Sushila says she went to Renu’s house. He asks don’t you know.

The man asks Ahilya not to go in. Ahilya asks why, I m Renu’s friend. She hears Renu crying and goes to see. She sees Renu getting bald. Renu asks her to see what they are doing. Ahilya asks why are you doing this. She hugs Renu and cries. She says I m with you. A villager lady asks her to go. Gangoba comes and looks on. The man asks the lady to take Ahilya out, such hurdle isn’t right in between Dharm. Ahilya asks Renu’s mum why didn’t she stop them from cutting Renu’s hair. Renu’s mum says now Renu can never put flowers in her hair, she has to live like this, she will be bald, she will be away from every joy now. Ahilya asks why. Renu’s mum says you can’t understand, just go away. Ahilya hugs Renu and says I will tell my dad to come and take you. The man asks her to just go. Ahilya cries.

She comes home. Mankoji hugs her. She asks why did they cut Renu’s hair when she was crying. Sushila says because Renu’s husband has died. Ahilya says its not Renu’s mistake, she didn’t do anything. Sushila says such customs are done with widows, they have to sacrifice a lot, you won’t understand. Ahilya asks will Renu stay without hair. Mankoji says there is a reason behind every custom. Ahilya asks why, if customs hurt us, can’t we change it. Sushila says don’t think about it, don’t talk about changing rules. Mankoji says she just asked us. Sushila says she had to repent for bringing Kapila home, villagers will make us leave the village, she should be quiet. Gangoba says that girl doesn’t care for any customs.

Malhar says she is a kid, she just understands friendship, not Dharm. Gautami says tell them that Bade Sarkaar isn’t here to answer their letters. She tells about Khanderao getting alliances from big families. Dwarka says its a matter of joy. Gautami asks why, didn’t you expect it. Bana says the girl would be good if she is from big family. Harku says its not a guarantee that girl is smart if she is from good family. Gautami says many relations will come, my bahu will be the best. Ahilya asks why is Lord making Renu cry so much. Mankoji asks where are you going. Ahilya says I m going to Renu’s house. They stop her and ask her to take rest. He says we should go to Renu’s house. They ask their sons to take care of Ahilya. Harku says we will decide after Malhar comes, where is Khanderao. Gautami says he will come, we will go and see his wresting match. They leave. Dwarka says you see the match, I can say the result, Khanderao will make the family name shine. Gangoba says if Ahilya’s parents love her, she will not get sense, she will not care for Dharm and elders, they should get her married soon. Mankoji hears them. Malhar says marriage…..
