The Episode starts with Gautama asking Malhar to forget the alliance and leave the shagun as donation for Ahilya. Mankoji says don’t curse the girl, Malhar understands her, he will convince his wife. Sushila says Ahilya’s mistake won’t be forgiven. Gautama says I will ask Gangoba to prepare for our departure. Malhar says my decision won’t change, you will know why I have decided to make Ahilya my bahu. She says you can’t do this. He says I don’t need anyone’s permission, I have right to take any decision for my son and family’s betterment. He asks Ahilya to come for shagun. Mankoji blesses Ahilya and smiles.

Gautama does the shagun rituals. Malhar says you are forgetting something. Gautama gives her necklace to Ahilya and says its mu dikhai from my side. Sushila nods

to Ahilya. Ahilya takes it. Gautama hugs her and says if I knew you run the cattle, I would have got a stick for you, this necklace isn’t useful to you. Sushila asks Ahilya to come and take blessings. She goes to take the prasad. Ahilya looks for Khanderao. Malhar asks where is Khanderao. Gautama says he doesn’t have a habit to stay in a small house between many people, so he may have gone to have some fresh air. Ahilya thinks I know where is Khanderao. She prays and says even Shiv ji doesn’t want my marriage to happen. Her brother asks Ahilya not to go and meet Khanderao. He says Gautama is still angry with you. Malhar asks Gautama not to have upset face. She says you have lots of expectations from me, I m Khanderao’s mum, I can’t pretend to be happy when he is marrying this arrogant girl, I m the queen of Holkar family, but my opinion doesn’t matter. She goes.

Dwarka comes to him. He says Gautama feels Ahilya has done wrong, she has wrong values. Dwarka says this girl will argue a lot. Gautama says you have two sons and one daughter, she will be your fav, Khanderao is my only son, we have discipline and values that we give to children, you don’t know, there is a difference in both the families. Malhar says Ahilya is a kid, she doesn’t know about rituals. He asks Ahilya to sit with them and talk to the queens, they want to know her. Mankoji also signs her to go. Ahilya goes to Gautama.
