The Episode starts with Tukoji saying Rangoba might have come to ensure Malhar’s position. She says no, I feel he has a selfish motive over his friendship, he has come to take something from Malhar. Raghoba asks why can’t I become Peshwa, Madhav Rao has become Peshwa, he wants me to become his representative and handle the Rajya. Malhar says you have to handle everything. Raghoba says yes, right, but there are two other meaning, Madhav’s decisions will be executed by me, I have to bear the burden of his mistakes, I m capable to handle the Rajya, why can’t I become Peshwa myself, I have no selfish motive in this, when Madhav grows old and sensible, then I will sacrifice the throne, but till then….

Tukoji says you mean the politics have reached Malwa, Raghoba wants Malhar’s

help in becoming Peshwa. Ahilya says you tell me what else does this mean. Raghoba says I promise I will save Malwa from Madhav Rao. Malhar thinks. Tukoji says it’s a matter of concern for us. She says yes, I m sure Malhar’s decision will be same, he will not support. She asks him to send someone to Pune. Maina looks on. Raghoba asks shall I think you accept my proposal, you help me and I will help you. Malhar agrees. Raghoba thanks him and asks what about Ahilya’s decision. Malhar says don’t worry, she will never go against me. Raghoba smiles. Ahilya asks Maina to spend time with Malerao. She asks where is he. Maina says he left for the darbar. Ahilya says but he didn’t come to the darbar. Gunuji says Raghoba has come here to take some profit, his proposal won’t get Ahilya’s consent, they will have a fight, this will make Malhar against Ahilya, I have to make Malerao against her. He smiles. Malerao comes to meet Kesar. She asks him to leave. He asks why. She says you have cheated me.

She cries and says you didn’t tell me you are the prince of Malwa. He asks who told you. She shows the sketch she made. She recalls the villagers coming and telling her about Rajkumar Malerao. Ahilya and Tukoji come to Raghoba and Malhar. Tukoji asks what’s happening. She says yes, I m thinking the same, you have sent the guard to Pune, right. He says yes. She thinks now it depends on the news we get, and the dilemma will end.
