Abhimanyu comes home after a hectic day at the hospital…. As he enters, he sees his family, all of them, sitting in the hall doing their own works… (actually pretending!) He knows that his family doesn’t have a gala time with each other but today he felt like something was not alike…. But he brushed the thought off his mind and turns to go to his room…
Manjiri: (trying to act normal) Abhi! It’s time for dinner…. So, freshen up and come fast!
Abhi: Ok maa!!!
As soon as Abhimanyu goes into his room, everyone let out a big sigh…
Shefali: Phew! That was so hard… Abhimanyu feeling a bit weird about us and seeing him confused I wasn’t able to control my laughter….
Parth: Yes Shefali! If Abhi gets a lead about what we are going to do, our plan will go awry….
Neil: That’s why we have to be a little careful…. (smiles) Plan starts now!
Abhimanyu freshens up and comes to the dining table and seats himself…. Neil turns to Harsh and signs him to start…
Harsh: Um…. Bhaisaheb! You must’ve known by now about the media scandal at our hospital right?
Anand: Yes Harsh! They’ve been telecasting it all day…. But I’m glad that we didn’t serve any loss…. All thanks to that girl!!! By the way, who is she?

Harsh: …and she is also a very good doctor… She helped us this much so I thought why not to pay her back in some way…. I’ve decided to talk to the Goenkas about her marriage…. (Abhi smiles) ….. with our family friend, Patil saheb’s son Angad Patil!
Abhimanyu gets shocked on hearing this, whereas Parth, Shefali, Neil & Nishta, who were waiting for this reaction, try to control their laughter….
Anand: That’s really a very bad choice Harsh…. (Abhi sighs with relief) Why Angad? Sharma saheb’s son Revanth would be perfect!
Now, Abhimanyu is even more shocked…. Confusion…. Whether to laugh or to cry…. Vulnerable state….. His cousins are finding this super funny but they managed to control their laughter…. All the other family members smile in themselves…
Harsh: But Bhaisaheb! Angad is also a good choice…
Anand: No Harsh! Revanth is the best…!
And they pretend to debate over Akshara’s marriage with Angad or Revanth….
Abhi: (loses his cool) Arey! Stop it both of you! Why do you both have this much interest in Akshu’s… I mean…Dr.Akshara’s marraige????
Mahima: (acting normal) Why do you ask Abhimanyu??? She helped us, so we can do this much for her right?
Abhi: But Taiji! We are not her family right? And what if she doesn’t like to do??? What if she loves somebody else??
Harsh: Arey! But if Akshara doesn’t have any problem, then we can do this right?? ( Abhi gives a confused look) Yes! She has no problem with this…..!
Abhi: (totally confused) What! How can she have no problem? She loves me, I love her…. Then how will she…. (He realises that he confessed his feelings to his family)
Everyone look at him in a teasing way, and burst out in laughter….Abhimanyu looks at them, confused….
Parth: Finally…. You’ve confessed!
Nishta: OMG! You don’t know bhaiya…. How much I was trying to control my laughter!!!!
Neil: Bhai!!!! This was a prank!!! And due to Akshara’s love, you didn’t even realise that we don’t have any family friends named Patil or Sharma!!!!
Abhimanyu realises it and laughs at himself….. He feels very happy as Harsh, Anand, Manjiri and Mahima discus about going to Akshara’s house to talk to them about their marriage…. He’s on cloud nine…..
He comes into his room, thinking about Akshara… and just then, he gets her video call…
On the call:
Akshara: Hello Abhi!!! Sorry for not replying your message…..
Abhi: Actually I was thinking of calling you… There’s a good news….. My family is ok with our love and guess what? They are going to come to your house tomorrow to talk about our marriage dates!!!!
Akshara: What!!!! Is it true?? Am I in reality or is it just a dream??? Oh my god!!!(excited)
Abhi: This is really a ‘Oh my god’ type of moment….. I thought I’ll have to pick up a fight with Mr. Birla to convince him…. But thank god and thanks to you!
Akshara: Me???
Abhi: Yes Akshu!!! He and all the family members are very impressed at what you have done today…. I know you did not do it to impress them, but still by god’s grace…. It happened!!!
Akshara: Thank you Kanha ji!!! And Thank you Abhi for giving this good news!!!! Now I’ll go and inform Badepapa…..
Abhi: Wait! I’ve given you such a nice news and you didn’t even reward me for it….? What kind of a girlfriend are you???? (playfully)
Akshara: Accha! So what reward do you want???
Abhi: Hmm…. let me think….. Yes! One ….. kiss!!!
Akshara: (shyly) Kiss??? How???
Abhi: Akshu! Don’t play innocent now…. Don’t you know how to??
Akshara smiles and gives him a flying kiss and he acts as if he catches it and puts it in his heart…. (Jaaniye… plays)
Akshara: Bye Abhi! Meet you tomorrow!!!
Abhi: Can’t wait!! Bye!!! (Ends the call)
Akshara happily rushes downstairs, into the hall…..
Manish: What happened Akshu? Why are rushing??
Kairav:(finishing his call) Yes Akshu!!! And looking at your happiness, I guess it is a very good news…. Even I’ve one but you say it first….
Akshara: About that…. Yes bhaiya! It’s indeed a good news…. Abhi’s family has accepted our love and they are going to come here tomorrow to talk about the dates!!!!
Daadi: Wow!!! Really!!!
Suvarna: Oh my god!! Akshu…. (hugs her)
Everyone feels so happy hearing this news…..
Manish: They’re gonna come tomorrow! We’ll have to make all the arrangements for it!!!
