The Episode starts with Kaira telling everyone the truth of her child complications and Varun asking her to abort it being afraid of his future. She wanted to keep the baby and Varun did not wish to take the risk, and this lead to the fight. She says Vikram and Amrita was out, and I was fed up with fights with Varun, there was no one to talk there. She says I did not wish to tense you all here. She says so I was going towards drugs, I was going back in my old days and a call came to me, and that call stopped me, it was Ayesha’s. Everyone look at Ayesha. She says when I saw her call, I thought not to tell her, but I could not stop myself, and told her everything.

She says Ayesha told me to tell you all and come to Mumbai to take a second opinion here with a good doctor. Sheela says

you did not tell your mum, and told this girl. Kaira says if you told you, what would you do, call Varun and he would have got ready to keep the child, then what. She says she has to take appointment to talk to her dad Anuj. She says I m sorry dad, I know its past, but history repeats. She says Ayesha, she convinced me a lot to tell this truth to everyone, but I did not listen, then she assured me she will not tell anyone. I came Mumbai and she took appointments for my every checkup and did not make me feel lonely. She says Ayesha got lonely here in this house.

She says Ayesha did not tell me she was leaving Diwaan Mansion, Rubel told me everything. Kaira says mum you should bless me, as she has saved my house twice from breaking. Sheela says twice means? Ayesha stops Kaira and says leave it now. Payal says no Ayesha, I will tell the truth. Payal says Kaira sent me money six months before to invest and tells everything. Everyone is shocked.

Anuj says we did not tell you all about Payal, and Ayesha took the theft blame on her. Ayesha cries. Avantika says it means Nani did not take the money. Anuj says I took the money, as I thought to help Kaira. Avantika asks how can you be so irresponsible Payal. Payal says I m sorry, I did not have such idea that things will go worse. Rubel says Ayesha united me and Payal, the credit which you all gave to Poonam. Everyone is shocked. Rubel says Ayesha made this plan with Nafisa to make Payal realize her mistake. Payal says what can I tell you now Ayesha, you did so much for me, and I m feeling very small. She says I told you such bad things, and you always did good for me.

Payal says you united me and Rubel, and hugs her. Payal says I don’t know how to thank you. Sheela is upset. Rubel says we know mum, you love your children a lot and Ayesha saved two children’s house from breaking, it this not enough for you. Sheela says what should I say now. Sheela comes to Ayesha and holds her hand. She apologizes to Ayesha and cries. She says I m a mum so I think about my children, but you did much more than a mother. Ayesha says please don’t do this. She says she did what she would have done for Ruksaar. Anuj says Ayesha, if she understood this before, she would have not been ashamed today.

He thanks her for whatever she did. Sheela says she did a big mistake, you can punish me, I will accept it. Ayesha says if its so, then make a sorry card for me with a flower. Sheela and everyone smile. Sheela hugs her. Sheela says red? Ayesha says yellow and smiles. Nani comes and is happy seeing this. She says she knew this before, as there is some problem. She says Kaira you have made me upset, you did not tell me anything. Kaira cries and Nani hugs her. Nani says I will talk to Varun. Kaira says no, Varun will not call me. Adi asks Nani to talk to Varun, else he will feel we are biased towards Kaira. Anuj says yes, about child, we will decide after consulting a specialist.

Nani asks Sheela to see what all Ayesha did for them. She asks Ayesha to cheer up. Nani says Ayesha is like Pankhudi. Sheela nods yes. Ambika reacts to this and says Ayesha can never be like Pankhudi. She is just acting to be like her. She says if she knew everyone loves Ayesha here, she would have brought Poonam here for Adi. Nani argues. Adi is shocked knowing this truth.
