The Episode starts with Ravi finding the get well soon note and tells Keerti that they will search the mystery girl who donated her blood and they will thank her. Nurse asks him to go out. Ravi asks what happened to her. Doctors come there and tell that her body is not responding as they thought. Ravi asks them to save her. Pratiksha comes to Hansa. Hansa says I got lucky, else I thought that I have to send Parul there. Kinjal tells Hansa that Pratiksha donated blood to the girl who met with an accident at their venue. Hansa says they were rich and asks if they give you any return gift. Pratiksha says she will never do anything for a deal. Hansa says she is not wise and says she might give her body organs to someone, if they want. Prateik gets Malhar’s call and he tells that

the car owner came to get it. He says he will give him keys. He takes bike keys instead of car keys. Pratiksha says she will give car keys and goes. Ravi goes out of the hospital and is standing near the car which has hit Keerti. Adi calls him and tells that Gulshan has filed Police complaint. Ravi says Police works slow and asks him to ask them to search the CCTV footage for the dent. He hits the same car in frustation. Prateik sees his back and asks Pratiksha to see who is that guy. Pratiksha comes near the car, but Ravi is not there. Prateik gives keys to the car owner and he leaves in the car. Ravi comes inside. Nurse says Keerti’s condition is very critical. Ravi gets angry. He looks at Keerti through window pane and finds her opening her eyes. He goes inside and says you have said that you can’t live without me, so how you will die without me. He says God has made you just for me. He says you will not leave me, I knew that you will come back fighting with death.

He says I will never leave you. Keerti gets emotional too, but couldn’t speak. Keerti looks at Kavya. Ravi says look at me, just, I will not let anyone else come between us. Kavya sits down on the floor near the bed. Keerti tries to say, but her condition deteriorates. Ravi calls Doctor and asks her not to betray him and their marriage is nearer. He asks her not to leave breathing. Keerti stops breathing. Everyone cries. Ravi stands shocked. Gulshan comes there and ask what happened? He says this hospital is waste, we shall take her to other hospital. Deep asks Gulshan to handle himself and says she is gone. Gulshan asks her to talk to him and cries. Deep asks him to handle himself. Ravi asks Gulshan not to cry and says I will wake up Keerti, she is sleeping. He says we shall complete the marriage rituals, and says he will wear the Gujrati dress chosen by her. He says they will go on road trip for Honeymoon. He asks Mandeep not to cry as their marriage will be done now. He asks her not to cry and says he will make her get up. Doctor says Ravi, she is no more. Ravi asks have you gone mad? Nurse takes out oxygen mask from her nose. Ravi tries to keep it back and asks how to place it rightly. He asks Keerti to take breath. He tries to give her mouth to mouth respiration, but they stop him and asks him to handle himself. Mandeep brings him to realization and he cries hugging her. Everyone cries.

Gulshan and his wife cries. Ravi recalls his happy moments with Keerti. Raghu comes to Thakur and says Keerti’s game is over, she is dead. Thakur gets happy and says her last rites and her game is over. He laughs. Kavya cries seeing Keerti’s pic. Her Mother asks her to call Ravi for Keerti’s last rites. Kavya hugs her and cries. She recalls her curse and breaks down. Ravi is sitting in the room holding Keerti’s dupatta and cries.

Precap: Keerti’s last rites are done. Ravi swears holding her ashes that he will not leave the guilty. He goes in the car with Adi.
