Raj sells the hospital in cash. Sumitra comes to the bank as well. Poonam tries to guess the passcode. Sumitra comes and asks who opened my locker.

Shaina calls Raj and says you’re running out of time. What did you decide? Raj cuts the call. He asks the lawyer to proceed. Sumitra comes to the locker. no one is there. Raj gives the hospital papers to a man. He gives Raj cash. Poonam comes there. Raj is shocked.

Scene 4
Shaina comes to Raj and says your time is over. Do you have the cash or should I call the lawyer? Raj gives her the bag. Shaina gets happy. Sumitra opens her locker and it’s empty. She says my money.. She says who did all this. Poonam looks at Raj and smiles. She opened the locker and found the cash in it. She gave it to Raj and took the hospital back.
