Scene 1
Farhan warms up the knife and brings it near Mannat, he says I can’t hurt you like this but I can’t forgive you for what you did.
Armaan is angry and says how can Dua give everything to Subhan when I have followed her all my life? Gulnaz was on her side, I can’t believe it. Gulnaz comes there and glares at him. She takes a hockey stick and scares Armaan. She says you want to beat me up? Nigar says he is totally right, we have lost everything. We live like beggars in this house and now we won’t get anything in our lives. Armaan says we have to do something, you were scared of Dua and disappointed us. Gulnaz slaps him and says it was your fault, you couldn’t hide from the CCTV footage and Dua found out that you helped Mannat. She ran away but also
Farhan grabs Mannat’s feet and says I will punish you without any marks on your face. She screams but he burns her foot with a knife. Mannat cries in pain.

Subhan is sitting alone and recalls his moments with Mannat. He cries alone. Hafeez comes there so he apologizes to him for hiding about his singing career. Hafeez says I have forgiven you, you should get ready for your haldi ceremony. Subhan says I don’t have a heart for it, I don’t want to be forced with these formalities when this marriage means nothing to me. Hafeez says I understand your emotions but a lot of people are hopeful about this wedding so you shouldn’t disappoint them. You have agreed for this wedding so you should do the rituals for your family. Get ready and come down soon. He leaves from there. Subhan looks on
Hamida tells the family that they can start the mehndi ceremony. Ibadat and Subhan come there as bride and groom. They both stare at each other. Ibadat smiles at him but he glares at her. Hamida says Ibadat is looking so pretty, Ibadat thinks I know he still loves Mannat but she will wait for him, a time will come when he will start loving me. Hafeez blesses them. Kaynaat thinks I never thought she would be my DIL. Ibadat and Subhan sit together. Dua asks Kaynaat to make Ibadat wear the anklet as that’s the ritual. Kaynaat says I forgot the anklet. Dua says how could you forget it? Gulnaz says the ritual can’t happen now. Hamida says I knew Kaynaat would forget it so I brought the anklet. She brings it and asks Kaynaat to make her wear it. Kaynaat feels insulted but goes to Ibadat, she grabs her foot and makes her wear the anklet. She thinks I will bring her to my feet soon.
