Gazal brings an unconscious Dua to her room and takes out her knife. Kashaf says what are you doing? Gazal says I will cut her to pieces today. Kashaf tries to stop her but she says I will not stop today. Kashaf begs her to stop and pushes her to the floor. Gazal’s face is revealed in the mirror and she screams.. she says this is not me. I wasn’t like this.
Mannat tells Ibadat that her divorce will be final today. The judge arrives there and starts hearing. The judge tells them to stay in the limits during the proceeding. He asks Ibadat why doesn’t she respect the court’s orders? we sent you so many petitions but you didn’t come here earlier. I will give you one last chance. Ibadat says I don’t have my lawyer with me. Subhan says your lawyer
Gazal tells Kashaf that Dua is responsible for her pain and suffering.
Ibadat tells the judge that she never got any petition and didn’t hire this lawyer. She isn’t ready for this case. The judge says this is not a joke, you were given a petition and you signed for this case. She says didn’t file for this case. He says you signed these papers so don’t lie now. You want this divorce right? Ibadat says fine, if the case bas been filed then fine but I want to change my lawyer so I want to change him and I need time for that. The judge asks if she has a reason for it? Ibadat says because she was trapped into getting this lawyer, she was fooled in signing that contract. The lawyer says she is can’t insult me like this. The judge tells him to sit down and Ibadat’s reason is valid so you can leave. The judge tells Ibadat that they can hire another lawyer for her. Ibadat thanks him and says I don’t need it as I can fight my case because I am a wife so I have solid ground, I want to fight this case myself. Mannat says you are not a lawyer. The judge tells her to shut up so she sits back down. He tells Ibadat that she has a right to represent herself, she can fight her case. Ibadat thanks him. Subhan tells Mannat that Ibadat doesn’t law much so don’t worry. Mannat says don’t take her lightly, she knew this could happen so she must have planned for this day in advance, she read law books, I saw her reading those. Subhan looks on. Mannat says she has been planning for this. Subhan requests to speak and goes to the witness box, He says this girl can’t fight her case as she has no knowledge of law. Ibadat says are you scared? you have killed my trust and I have no pity for you anymore. I have to fight and win this case. Subhan tells the judge that she is wasting their time. The judge says if she loses the case then what’s your problem? let her fight her case. She has a right to fight her case so let her do it and see what happens. Ibadat and Subhan glare at each other. Ibadat thinks Subhan can try as much as he wants but she won’t allow him to divorce her and marry Mannat.
