She plays the video in which Mannat tried to strangle her and throw her from the balcony. Ibadat tells the judge that Mannat tried to kill her first so she did all that in self-defence. The judge says you did way more than that. Ibadat says I was scared that she might kill me if I didn’t take any action, I didn’t harm her enough to kill her because she is my sister after all. The judge asks Subhan why did hide this part? it shows that Mannat attacked her first. He can be jailed for lying. His lawyer says other videos show Ibadat torturing her many times unprovoked. Hamida calls Dua and says she isn’t in her room so where can she be? she calls her but she doesn’t pick up. Hamida is in the corridor so Gazal and Kashaf hide from her.
The judge asks Ibadat if she has anything else in her defence? Ibadat says you said Subhan could be arrested for lying so why aren’t you arresting him? The judge says I was just warning him. Ibadat says similarly I was warning Mannat in those videos, I was serving food to my husband when Mannat tried to go closer to him so I pushed her away. That girl kept going near my husband so I had to take some action. The judge says that doesn’t justify your actions.Ibadat says what about her actions? she keeps romancing with my husband so how can I be silent? I can’t see her in my husband’s arms.
