The judge tells Ibadat that she is an educated girl so she doesn’t need a man like Subhan who doesn’t even love her. Ibadat says I am not that strong and all choices were given to Subhan and Mannat to marry each other but they did not and he chose to marry me because Mannat ran away from her alter and my mother wished for us to marry so I gave up and married him, I gave my everything to him but he is not a piece of property that I can just give away. I have given my life, my breath, my heart, my everything to him so how can I give him up? I dreamed of marrying him since childhood when I didn’t even know what love was, I never told him and when we grew up and he said he loves Mannat so I was ready for them to be married. I did everything in my power to get them married

but this Mannat didn’t want him, she did something and was ready to destroy our family name so Subhan and I had to get married to save that honor. She says Subhan isn’t a bad person, when I knew he wasn’t happy with me then I gave him the divorce papers but he didn’t sign those. I know him and I know he respects this relationship. He loves everyone so I am sure he will learn to love me soon. If you see him from my eyes then you will see how soft-hearted and loving he is. Subhan gets emotional hearing that. Mannat says Subhan is a good man and that’s why he isn’t speaking up, he isn’t telling everyone why Subhan wants to divorce her but I won’t be silent. She tells the judge that Subhan wants to divorce her, not because he loves me but because Ibadat is characterless and never loved him. He wants to divorce her because of her sins. Ibadat is shocked hearing that. Mannat says Subhan wants to leave her because she has affairs with other men. Subhan says what are you saying? Mannat whispers to him that they don’t have a choice so they have to lie now. The judge asks what’s going on? Ibadat says she must be telling him to stay silent because he knows Mannat is lying and character assassinating me. She says Subhan knows the truth. She asks Subhan to not lose his character just for this divorce, you might win here today but you would lose all your honor. You wouldn’t see my face again. Mannat says that’s what we want, he wants to divorce you and not see your face ever again.

Dua wakes up in the suitcase and screams for help. Hamida comes there and asks Kashaf if she heard some noise? Dua faints again.

The judge asks Mannat who is she? She says I am here with Subhan. The judge asks what’s her status here? The lawyer says she is a witness from our side. He submits papers for her. Mannat goes in the witness box while Subhan glares at her. The judge tells her to not throw allegations without proof. Mannat says I can prove that she is characterless. She shows Ibadat’s photos with Armaan. Ibadat is shocked and recalls how Armaan took photos with her without her permission. She asked him to delete photos but he never did and even edited them to make it look like they were sitting close. The judge asks who is he? Mannat says he is one of her boyfriend, I wish I had more photos of her with other men. She is a cheap woman and that’s why Subhan wants to divorce her. The judge asks Ibadat if she wants to say something about these photos? Ibadat looks at Subhan and thinks he would be silent even after all this?
