Mohan and Radha both are shocked to see Gungun get hit by a car, the blood spills over the face of Mohan as Gungun falls on the middle of the road, the Diya in the Mandir suddenly goes off, the entire Trivedi family is shocked to see that there is a sudden change of wind. Tulsi seeing the Diya starts shouting the name of Gungun, the entire family is stunned seeing how there are so many strange things happening in this house, the doors start banging and even the portrait keep moving, Kadambari turns and is she herself is shocked to see the Diya has gotten out, Ketki asks what is going on and even Rahul is confused, they all do not understand anything.
Damini starts smiling seeing Gungun lying on the middle of the road, Radha and Mohan run towards her while she is lying there with blood flowing
Mohan runs into the hospital calling for the doctor, he explains that Gungun was hit by a car, the doctor asks them to place her on the stretcher when Radha assures nothing would happen to Gungun, the doctor after checking the vitals of Gungun explains she has suffered a lot of injuries and her condition is not good, he says they are going to try their best so they start pushing the stretcher towards the ICU, Radha tries to follow her but is stopped by the nurse, Radha mentions her daughter would get scared but is stopped by Mohan.
The treatment of Gungun begins in the ICU, the doctor keeps checking her pulse but Gungun is still unconscious.
The entire family goes outside while Kadambari calls Tulsi questioning what has happened as she feels there is something wrong, the entire family is shocked to see the vases being thrown on the floor along with the banging of the doors, Ramaveshwar says he feels there is a ghost but kadambari questions what is he saying since this is just a strong gush of wind, Tulsi exclaims her Gungun is in trouble, the phone o Ketki starts ringing wen Mohan informs that Gungun has gotten in an accident, ketki drops her phone after hearing the news when Kadambari questions her what has happened but she does not reply so Kadambari gets worried, ketki only takes the name of Gungun hearing which Tulsi says she was sure something has happened to her. Kadambari angrily asks Ketki what happened to Gungun along with the entire family, Ketki keeps breathing at first when she finally informs that Gungun has gotten in an accident. The entire family after hearing this news is not able to control their emotions, ketki informs they have to quickly leave for the hospital, Tulsi is also not able to control herself so starts crying. Ketki picks her phone when she even asks her mother to come but Kadambari instructs Ketki to go while she will come back.
Kadambari quickly closes the door of the house and calls Tulsi who is still crying, Kadambari requests Tulsi to calm down and not behave like this, Kadmabari kneels holding her hand requesting Tulsi to calm down.
Radha is sitting on the floor while Mohan is looking at the blood in his hands constantly remembering how he saw his Gungun get hit by a car and fall on the road. Radha questions what has happened to their Gungun, she starts crying at first then looking at Mohan asks if their Gungun would be fine and nothing will happen to her, she keeps asking Mohan but he does not give any reply and just keeps staring at his hands, Radha gets worried so asks Mohan to say something questioning I Gungun would be fine. Mohan tells Radha that this blood is of his daughter, he also starts weeping saying that Gungun is fighting for his life, Radha tries to calm him down saying that Gungun would be fine, Mohan sops the nurse asking how is Gungun when the nurse says she is critical right now and they cannot say anything. Mohan gets furious so follows her saying Gungun is his daughter, he goes to the door of the ICU where Gungun is being operated, he is shocked to see how they are cleaning the wound. Radha also gets emotional seeing the severe condition of Gungun, remembering ho she would play with her in the Trivedi Bhawan and they formed the relation of a mother daughter together.
Mohan thinks of when Gungun mentioned she is sacred for him and even started calling him as papa, he is not able to forget the moment when Gungun got hit by a car.
Tulsi is constantly screaming while taking the name of Gungun, Kadambari sitting beside her asks if Tulsi is here, she is not able to touch Kadambari so explains she is present by her side but even then was not able to do anything for her own daughter, kadambari requests Tulsi to clam down explaining this happens to a mother, who would keep their children by their side their entire life but they have to teach children the meaning of living in this world however Tulsi should know a mother can take on any problem to keep their children safe, so says Tulsi has to become the strength for not only herself or Gungun but even the second mother of Gungun meaning Radha who is blaming herself right now while her Mohan, she does not know who would be able to handle him as his life resides in the well being of Gungun, and he only lived for Gungun after the death of Tulsi and before the arrival of Radha, while after so many years the relation of Gungun and Mohan has been sorted, she does not know who would handle her son in this condition. Kadambari informs Tulsi that her Mohan and Gungun need her support so Tulsi needs to control her emotions and calm down, Tulsi agrees with Maa saying that Mohan needs her support so she has to go to her Gungun and Radha, Tulsi immediately leaves when kadambari replies how everything has calmed down, she wonders what is happening so immediately leaves after taking the name of Gungun.
Radha follows Mohan asking what has happened, he says that he was not able to do anything when Gungun got hurt before his eyes, Radha tries to assures it is not the case when Mohan asks what would he say to Tulsi that he was not able to protect his own daughter so has lost, Radha says that she is the one who has lost and it is not Mohan, today she lost her motherhood. Tulsi says that Radha has not done anything and it is not her fault when Radha says she was not able to take good care of Gungun and something so heinous happened before her eyes, Mohan calms Radha mentioning she does not have fault in it, Radha says she promised to always stay with Gungun and protect her but even then failed to keep her safe, Radha says the blood on both of their hands and clothes is the proof of their deception, she says she tried a lot to be her real mother but in reality she is the step mother who could not protect her. Mohan is shcoked seeing the emotional condition of Radha.
