Vasu asks Venkatesh if he doesn’t love his wife Bharya and loves someone else and is worried for her more than his wife. Venkatesh says there is someone who loves him more than anyone else in the world, its not necessary that they marry the woman they love. Vasu says its difficult to understand him and asks him to stay at his place till he wants to. Govindraj changes his clothes and thinks he shouldnt’ have agreed to help Srinivas, now he has to digusise himself as a woman daily. Srinivas walks to him. Govindraj asks if he wants to sleep on a floor instead of a soft bed.
Venkatesh/Srinivas asks how can he when Bhargavi sleeps on floor and is sad. Govindraj asks how will she get happy. Srinivas says he wants Bhargavi to love Krishna as Krishna loves himself and Bhargavi should
Bhargavi goes to a river for bath and asks Uma to guard her until she is out. A thorn pricks her foot and she writhes in pain. Uma tries to help her but fails. Venkatesh reaches there hiding, hides Bhargavi’s clothes, and asks if he can help. Bhargavi warns him to dare not look at a stranger woman while she is bathing. Ventakesh says she knows him and even was worried when he slipped from a human pyramid while breaking dahi handi. He promises her not to look at her till she enters water, then remove thorn from her foot, and then turn around until she walks out of river. She agrees.
Venkatesh removes thorn from her feet and turns into a peacock feather. He says it was a feather instead and he will throw it away. Bhargavi asks him to give it to her, recalling Srinivas wearing it. Venkatesh asks her to come near him and take it and then go and wear her dress while he continues to turn his back towards her. She agrees. Uma says Venkatesh must have learnt that women come here to bath and hence came to watch them. Bhargavi scolds Srinivas. Srinivas says he came to save someone from drowning and shows his wife Bharya getting out of water. Bhargavi thinks she wrongly doubted him. She walks out of river and finds her clothes missing.
Precap: Padmavati thinks she should find out details about Venkatesh. Venkatesh feels leg sprain and requests Bhargavi to give him oil to apply it on his sprain.
