The fans of Sasural Genda Phool are mighty excited to witness the sequel of the show Sasural Genda Phool 2. Actor Jay Soni and several other actors from the show will be reprising their roles in the sequel but whether or not Ragini Khanna will be making her return in the second season was a question until now.
While actress Shagun Sharma has replaced Ragini, the actress has been roped in for a special cameo role and has begun shooting for the same as well. Ragini will reprise the role of Suhana and will make a special appearance on Sasural Genda Phool 2.
According to a source close to the show, Suhana will be shown dead but because Ishaan still misses her she will appear as Suhana in four-five scenes. She will be shown in the flashbacks with Ishaan where he will be remembering her. Suhana will help Ishaan to move on in life.
The source also added that the character of Suhana was explored to the fullest in the first season itself hence the makers wanted a new face to play the female lead in the new season.
