The Episode starts with Purva walking outside the house. Vedant comes there and says good wife work is still on. Purva says she was walking and tells that she brought light slippers for her. Vedant tells that Pankhudi takes care of everyone in the hospital and learning pulse reading now. Purva tells him that she feels guilty as she used to be dominating in childhood on Pankhudi. She tells that her sister is very good. Pankhudi meets Dr. Shukla and says you trust him so much. Shukla tells that he trusts Vedant and his dada ji Vaid Gangadhar Tripati. He says he never did a mistake. Pankhudi asks what about Vedant? She says if he didn’t do any mistake? Dr. Shukla tells that it wasn’t a mistake, but once a patient is brought to Vedant in critical stage. Pankhudi notes down.
Everyone is having food.
Purva says how do you understand me without I say anything. She asks if you love me always. He says no and then says more than this and hugs her. Ramesh calls Pankhudi and tells that Purva cried a lot. Pankhudi says foolish Purva di and tells that she thought her fake concern as real. Ramesh asks if she will betray them and get emotional for her. Pankhudi says Purva di made me cried a lot and I will not deviate from my mission.
Narendra reads the news about a man killing his uncle. Sumiti coughs. Gomti says it is not Sanjeevani Sadan’s news. Sumiti says our Vedant is Ram and he thinks of me as his mother. She says I was shocked to hear such nephews are there. Purva feels baby kick and tells everyone. Dadi says seems like your 4th month started. Purva says last time, it was not so hard. Sumiti says 4th month started just. Sanju smiles. Vedant says she felt baby movement yesterday also. Dadi asks her to say jai balgopal three times. Purva says the same thing. Manjula brings salt and puts on her shoulder saying that the baby will be intelligent. Narendra says rasam was done at your time also, but seems like chuna was poured instead of salt. Everyone laughs. Sanju says very funny. Sumiti says she will burn camphor in the temple to ward off evil sight from her. Vedant takes Purva to room.
Pankhudi talks to Dr. Bhatnagar and says I need your help and meet you at 11 am. She thinks to practice the lie which she is going to tell Vedant. She says the thing which I am going to tell you, can shaken up our world and tells something which is muted, and checks her pulse. She thinks she will be a perfect and practiced liar. Purva makes Vedant hear the baby kick. Vedant says I feel this daily in hospital. Purva says this is our baby and says sorry for lying. She says she is very excited. Vedant says as everyone is waiting for this baby. Purva says because you are this baby’s papa. She asks him not to go today. Vedant says he will go after making her sleep. He makes her sleep and kisses on her forehead.
Vedant comes to hospital. Nurse tells that Pankhudi didn’t come and told that she will come after 12 pm. Vedant meets Dr. Bhatnagar and asks about Vedant’s mistake. Dr. Bhatnagar says I don’t remember and tells that he is the best student so far. He asks what do you want to do by knowing about his mistake. She says she wants to learn from his mistakes. Pankhudi tells about the case and says baby was HIV positive. Dr. Bhatnagar tells that such baby’s pulse can’t be figure out. Pankhudi smirks. She comes to Dr. Vedant and tells that she went to Mary’s house to check her baby. Vedant appreciates her. Pankhudi says I want to talk to you and says we shall get Purva’s test done as she is 5 months pregnant. He says I did her pulse test and she is fine. Pankhudi thinks what I am going to do will be very very dangerous. She looks on evilly.
