Hi guys this wellwisher here. Many of you are not clear of Ramayana so let me tell you the story to clear all your confusions……………
Ramayana is the epic of Rama who is the incarnation of Lord Vishnu.
Dasharatha the king of Ayodhya had been cursed by Shravan Kumara’s parents that one day he will also be separated from his son as he killed their son. Thus Dasharatha will be possessive of his sons especially of Rama. There are different versions stating about the birth of the four princes Rama, Bharata, Lakshmana and Shatrughna.
I will tell you the usual version. Since none of Dasharatha’s wives were able to give birth to sons though Dasharatha and Kausalya had a daughter Shanta who was adopted by by the king (rajah) of Angadesh, Raja Rompad, and her aunt Vershini, an elder sister of Kausalya. Vershini had no children, and, when at Ayodhya, Vershini jokingly asked for offspring. Dasharatha agreed to allow the adoption of his daughter. However, the word of Raghukul was binding, and Shanta became the princess of Angadesh.And so Dasharatha arranged for a yajna to get sons. From the fire Lord Vishnu appeared and said that he will be born as Dasharatha and his first wife Kausalya’s son. After that a bowl of payasam (sorry I don’t know its English version) will appear. Kausalya will share that one with Dasharatha’s second wife Kaikeyi and they both will share it with Dasharatha’s third wife Sumitra thus she gets two shares.That’s why she has twins Lakshmana and Shatrughna. First is Rama born to Kausalya, then Bharata to Kaikeyi, then Lakshmana and Shatrughna to Sumitra. Sumitra has always dedicated herself to Kausalya and Kaikeyi so does her son Lakshmana to Rama and Shatrughna to Bharata.

The king of Mithila is Janaka. His first daughter is Sita. After the arrival of Sita only Mithila will flourish in agriculture. After Sita came Janaka’s brother Kushadhwaja and his wife Chandrabhaga gives birth to Mandavi and then Janaka and his wife Sunaina gives birth to Urmila and then again Kushadhwaja and his wife Chandrabhaga gives birth to their second daughter Shrutakirti. Thus the four princesses of Mithila to the four princes of Ayodhya.
Sita’s swayamwara takes place and Rama wins Sita there. Later Janaka will send proposal for Urmila to Lakshmana. Later Kushadhwaja and Chandrabhaga will request Janaka to send proposal to Bharata and Shatrughna for Mandavi and Shrutakirti respectively.
Thus all the four pairs get married on the same day one by one. After some time after their marriage Dasharatha decides to announce Rama as the next yuvaraj or heir. During this time Bharata and Shatrughna with their respective wives would have gone to Bharat’s maternal uncle’s place for a feast. By this time Manthara maid and more or less like a mom to Kaikeyi would have poisoned Kaikeyi against Rama because Kaikeyi had always liked Rama and had treated him as her own son as Rama called her “Ma” first before even he called Kausalya as ma.
Dasharatha had promised Kaikeyi of two boons. Kaikeyi demands for it. That is to send Rama to vanavasam for 14 years and make Bharata next heir. Rama obliges to this and leaves to vanavasam. Sita will also accompany him and Lakshmana also.
After Bharata returns he will fume at Kaikeyi and break relationship with her. Dasharatha will also die due to his illness. Kaikeyi realizes her mistake. They ask Rama return back but he refuses. So Bharata took his slippers and kept it in the throne and guarded the throne. During their 13th year of vanavasam Ravana abducts Sita for Surpanakha’s sake as she desired of getting to married but couldn’t and later tried for Lakshmana again she couldn’t so she will tell that because of this Sita only Rama is not accepting me and now if I kill her you will become mine. She tries to go near Sita but before that Lakshmana cuts her nose which we call it as nose cut!
After a long struggle for 10 months Sita Ram unites after Ravana was killed in the battle. Then we have Sita’s Agni Pariksha. Refer my comment on this following link:
After our heroes are born they grow up to be skilled more than Rama and Sita will hide their identity and live. Luv Kush will admire Ram Sita story. They will know only till the coronation of Rama and Sita. They will go to Ayodhya to sing the song of their life. Only there they will come to know about Sita’s exile and will fume at Rama and leave the palace. After some days Rama will do Ashwamedha yagam. The Ashwa will enter Valmiki’s ashrama and our heroes will capture and just like how Sita and Rama cared for the Ashwa in the beginning. They will challenge the army and will win all their uncles Bharata, Lakshmana and Shatrughna and will hold Hanuman as a captive. Hanuman will know that they are RamaSita’s sons so he will try to free himself. At last Rama he himself will appear in front them. He will warn the kids not to do such things but they start fighting but the arrows will not move as there will be a spiritual force not letting them both to fight. Rama will realize that they are his sons.
Sita will come to know that Luv Kush are fighting with their father and will rush to the battlefield. She will go and stop the fight and will reveal her identity to her sons. Valmiki will request Rama to accept to Sita and his sons whole heartedly. Rama will remain silent but Sita on understanding what he thinks will tell that, “I know why you are silent. I want my sons to get their rights. But you are unable to accept them because of your Rajya dharma as anyone of praja have doubt on my purity you can’t accept me nor our sons. So I Janaka’s daughter to prove my purity I request my mother Bhooma Devi to accept me in her arms if I had thought only Rama as my husband and still thinking and will be also. Don’t take me if I had any other person in my mind or thoughts. Take me if Luv Kush are only Rama and my son. Please ma come here and take me I cannot anymore bare this pain.” As she tells these words the Earth opens Bhooma Devi takes Sita with her, who later reaches to the Brahma loga and unite with Rama who is the incarnation of Lord Vishnu and herself goddess Lakshmi.
Rama and his sons will be distressed. Valmiki will request Rama to accept his sons at least now. Thus Rama will accept them and they will become the heirs. Rama’s brother’s sons will support them in the Rajya parivar……..Later Rama and his brothers will reach the Brahma loga. Rama will join with Sita there indicating that forced separation from her beloved husband is only limited in life on earth compared to her eternal union with her beloved in life after death.
